All work was done on time and within the estimate. The ring looked brand new. Workmanship appears excellent and time will tell. He enhanced a ring of my mothers with a diamond in tbe center. He made diamond earrings with some loose stones, he fixed my step-dad's 1920's wall clock, moved an antique clock from early 1900's i found at a thrift store, made an engagement ring for my son out of three pieces of family jewelry. “This place is awesome near the Food Court. It's a kiosk in the center aisle. I had a Fossil watch with a missing pin and cracked glass. I bought it Macy's several years ago and it is my favorite. I had Macy's send it to their repair center and they wanted $210 to fix it. That's more than what I paid! I had them send it back to me.I found"Keeping Time" Repair and ask the owner at the counter if he would check out my watch get me a new pin and a new glass face cover. He said come back in 20 minutes it'll be $35.00 !! I was truly amazed. I returned in 20 minutes and my watch was done and beautiful ! He even made sure to have the correct date on my watch.The next time I need to watch I'm going back to "Keeping Time" for sure.Best $35.00 I ever spent.”

No additional mark-ups when I ordered some jewelry. They also can make custom pieces. I got to see the workmanship on some of these custom pieces and they are intricately and sturdily made.”
“Shout out to David. We needed my engagement ring re done and he took the princess cut diamond and remade the whole thing while keeping the design the exact way we wanted. I was so happy and impressed. It took a lot longer than expected but 5 stars all around! He made wax molds and showed us throughout the process and we made small changes and he was more than happy to create a new mold to show us to make sure it was perfect before he actually custom built the ring. He then pointed us in the right direction for ring insurance, which I really appreciated.”
