Drive-thru ATM crashed while using it leaving my card stuck in there. Told staff inside and one of them tells me my card is not in there.....They told me they'd have to bring someone down to fix it and they would call me. It's been a week and never heard from them.

What a terrible bank. Slow slow service. Rude service. There's only ever 2-3 windows open and long lines. They are clearly trying to cut labor cost and maximize profits. Smh Wells Fargo. Why do you fail in every aspect. I drive out of my way to Pasadena because they are a little bit more organized there and have staffing a bit more under control. They don't even let you complain here. Multiple times I have asked to see a manager and they said she's not here, she's helping another customer, etc. silencing complains too. Wow

The woman who helped us open our business accounts was so helpful and personable. She is a veteran in the banking industry and really knows her stuff. I felt like I was in such good hands. Thank you Josephine!

Never have I ad this type of experience at a wells fargo branch. Banker on the phone with a personal call laughing unable to help. Directs me to teller line. Only one teller working at the time. Both teller and manager were very rude and asked me to complete my transactions online or through atm. I wanted to open another account and denied me service.

No bankers to help open bank accounts. You need to schedule an appointment for another day. Only one teller and there was a long line. Manager and teller were extremely rude and asked that I use the atm instead.

The bank inside is great and no line. The bankers are very friendly. The atm machine is a thief. I wanted to deposit $1550 and when I fed it the money it displayed $1500. So it wanted to steal $50 from me. Not happening so I returned the money however it never gave me back my card. It just had to steal something. After all was done it went out of service. All the people waiting behind me waited for nothing.

I walked in the bank to do a wire the last time, they had me waited as I didn't make an appointment. They told me that I will need to make an appointment if I need help from a banker. I called in to the bank this time. The automated service told me to make an appointment online, which I tried and it said there's no dates available. I called again and again. Never able to talk to someone. Nobody answer the phone. What's the point of asking people to make appointment before walk in? There's no way for me to make an appointment.

Customer service is dead. Use the ATM. I went to the branch to open an account and verbally scheduled one for 4:30 pm the following day. The confirmation was for an appointment two days later at an earlier time after I had explained the earliest I could be there was 4:30. Lucky I was able to open an account online.

Wells Fargo closed two of my accounts without warning and took the money in the accounts. 800 credit score, always a good balance and they just closed the accounts without notice. They don't know where the funds went. Pathetic. Don't bank at Wells Fargo.

Wonderful staff & mgmt ! Efficient. Fast. Courteous. They bend over backwards to help. I usually run to the ATM, but if I need to go in the bank during lunch or after work to get a Cashier's Check, quarters for laundry, the lines are short and the transactions are swiftly handled with care. The human beings at the branch can never be replaced by the ATM. Sometimes I'll go inside, when there's a line at the ATM, just to waive at the staff & handle my business, w/ enough time to spare for a trip to the Post Office, and to grab lunch before going back into the office. Give this Excellent Team a Raise!!!!

Worst service ever. They don't know what they are doing. I wanted to open an account from wells fargo but I had no valid Id. A manager from another branch(Branch A) told me I can bring my expired driver's license and temporary driver license from DMV. So I visited this branch with those two but the guy said they can't open an account with them because of rule of wells fargo. I told him these are what I've told to bring from another branch, but guy said they are wrong and said I need to bring temporary driver license with my picture on it (he kept saying he've seen that before) I searched google and people said California doesn't issue pictured temporary driver's license unless I take driving test (so not for renewing case) I went to another branch (not same as Branch A) and they said they have no issue opening account with them. So I opened account from there successfully with exactly same documents. I don't know what kind of rules this branch is using. very very unique ~ special~ rule. Don't go to this branch if you don't want to waste your time.

Our family loves this WF location. The bankers are incredible and know us by our first names. Analaura Garcia kindly helped us out for an hour today being our notary for a very long trust document. She didn't complain once and was incredibly helpful even when there were mistakes on our part. I highly recommend banking here!
