I usually love this store. It’s quick, convenient and in my neighborhood. Most everyone is super friendly and nice. They hired a new guy though who is just plain rude. I have been coming in once or twice a week for over a year and a half to get ice for my freezer and since I have a dorm sized freezer I just bring a gallon bag and fill it. This new guy told me I’m not allowed to do that, even though everyone else is totally fine with it. Tonight he yelled at me not to come in on his shift to get my ice ( which is generally the only time I have a chance to get ice. He told me to buy a four dollar bag ( which is twice the size of my freezer so I’d be wasting ice) because he apparently cant figure out how to charge me for the ice. Everyone else charges me for a cup of ice since I’m bringing my own container. He was rude and borderline hateful and it really makes me not want to come back because there’s no reason he’s being so rude about it when no one else is and it makes me very uncomfortable.

I am a regular customer of 7-Eleven. I have been to many places, but this was my first experience like this. Here, the owner, not the staff, thinks for himself, makes mistakes, and rudely yells at the guests. I thought that the convenience store owner was king over the customers. With this mindset, he was acting like he was making a lot of money by doing business. Even though he wasn't necessarily friendly, he misunderstood and yelled at a guest who had done nothing wrong. Instead of apologizing to the guest who was there to apologize, he called the police because he was at a disadvantage. Are the police idle? He only thought about his own pride as the owner and tried to make the guests look bad. The police also heard about the situation and had nothing to report. Is it okay to just call the police first? The owner of this place, who runs a business with this mindset, just wants to stay home. Many of my friends who are 7-Eleven owners do not do business like this. This woman needs to go to the hospital and consult a doctor.

After so-many years of coming in to this store. I'v we encountered a very rude cashiers not only in this location but in multiple branch. The cashier either they are on their phone during the transactions or they are very rude. I sent a complaint to about it, but it seems that corporate does not care about proper customer service.

If you’re craving for food & drink then this your location grab some drink, snacks, food & desserts even Slurpee. The employees were friendly. Best location ever!! Highly recommended!! I always visit 7-Eleven (located Shell) to redeem & buy lotto scratcher tickets & snag for 1/4lb Big bite hot dog grill food items & Large Big Gulp Drink & much more!! The atmosphere is absolutely great!! The service is fast paced!! As busy as it gets!!

I don't know who owns this 7-Eleven but the two employees you have working right now at 1:45 PM on the Friday before memorial day weekend you really need to talk to them about customer service. Three people in line she just sits there on her phone sitting on a chair. Was not the company phone it was her iPhone. I've had many run ins with this particular employee well actually both of them, you could hire a much better employee. You're definitely not getting your moneys worth.

7- Eleven is fantastic for quick snacks or drinks. The variety is great because you'll always find what your looking for. However I've noticed that it's extremely packed during school hours so if you come in after those hours you should be good. The parking is great many options available. The pricing is wonderful as well everything is generously affordable. Highly recommend you give it a shot if your in the neighborhood.

Great friendly staff, clean and well kept store. I went in there to buy energy drinks in the morning and load a gift card and the cashier patty was very helpful as I’ve never done that before.

I was at this 7-Eleven a few days ago, this was my first time here as I live a little farther out. Nonetheless, I walked in and the first thing I noticed was that the store was clean, unlike other 7-Eleven's. I needed gas and had some questions regarding my rewards. Angelica was kind enough to help me answer all my questions even though maybe they seemed like d*** questions. I don't write many reviews, but I just appreciate that she was patient and genuinely cared, which is so rare to find at gas stations now a days. She was happy to help me and overall gave me great and friendly service. I will definitely be back at this location soon!

Super RUDE cashier who works here. He rung me up for the wrong price on my item. Turns out they purposely tag items incorrectly at this store, to think you're getting a lower price, then--SURPRISE!--you get rung up for more at the register. He walked away with his back to me and rudely retorted "you have to READ!!!!" to me. What a J*** and so disrespectful. Disgusting. Never coming back here again.
