AAA is known for reducing rates annually but since I have been insured by them my rates have only gone up and up! This is very unfortunate I'm gonna have to look for a cheaper insurance. The staff are friendly at this location but their broken promises of lowered annual prices are not.

Its a small office. Theres limited seating while you wait.
Despite it being a small office, the team here is excellent. I have never left this location feeling that they didnt do everything they could do for me.
-1 star ONLY because its a small office, and feels a little cramped which tends to make me feel a little on edge

Lisa Solis and Lucy Medina have had a massive negative impact on my life due to their lack of professionalism. They haven't taken care of my claim and are about to put me at great financial loss, bit to mention that they never answer or return their calls. #firethem

After waiting two month for the car registration sticker, DMV claim never received my check; today it only took me 10 minutes walk in AAA, paid fee and got the sticker in no time. Tim was the one who helped me with the whole process, he was professional and personal, I appreciate his efficiency! I am so grateful that i can just renew my registration in AAA not dealing with DMV. Tim and AAA you make my day, no you make my year!!

I have been a AAA Remember for over twenty years. For the first time I decided to switch my insurance company to AAA.
From the beginning it has been a disaster. Stephanie Bazikian who works at the Montrose office has been so unprofessional.
Needless to say, I will be switching my insurance company come this summer only because of stephanie.

Can't belive how coming to AAA has become like going to the DMV . employees work as if they were working at then DMV . IT takes just as long as the DMV. I have been a member for the las 20 years it keeps getting worse. Thinking I might just cx the membership.
