Can't belive how coming to AAA has become like going to the DMV . employees work as if they were working at then DMV . IT takes just as long as the DMV. I have been a member for the las 20 years it keeps getting worse. Thinking I might just cx the membership.

This location is always the best but called in today for an insurance policy question and some guy with heavy accent answered then snapped about 60 seconds into the call he just snapped and slammed the phone. Really odd experience.

Of the few AAAs that I've been to (including Burbank and Arcadia), this one's my favorite. They're a super tiny location and have been there forever and every employee that I've dealt with there have been absolutely amazing. They're courteous, professionally dressed, and they do their job well. I even saw one guy get yelled at for something that was not his fault; the customers said they needed to get their DMV license renewed and the employee said calmly that they didn't do that but they do DMV registration renewals, the customers doubled-down and it was water off the employee's back, they made a joke about it and moved it. It was handled really well. I love seeing that. My respect goes to all the employees there that have to deal with a wide spectrum of interesting people. I love how they have passport photos for a minimal cost and that they have notarization services on site. It was a hot day and they had a mini fridge stocked with their logo-branded water for anyone who needed it. Thank you for making my day.

Godd sevices, friendly staff fast attention. I recommend passport pictures there. If you are a member, you get a big discount, and the picture is good.

I went to AAA to renew my auto insurance, but the agentStephanie bazikian was rude and didn't answer my questions.That's why I don't recommend this location to anyone anymore.

Very competitive prices for auto and home insurance. And they have a DMV inside. A much more pleasant experience than the DMV office. Definitely worth AAA membership!

This review is for phone service only. There is like NO WAY to reach a human being by phone. I tried and was connected with someone in a corporate office, then I asked how I could speak with someone in the Montrose office and she tried calling but couldn't get a human being either. I had a simple question about whether they even offer service in obtaining an international driving license before going in. Hey folks...how about being consumer-friendly????

Got a AAA visa and free luggage! Woot. Took a photo of my mileage and she double checked and said you're gonna get a $90 rebate! So I brought in my other car and did the same and got a $74 rebate! Won't get them until they mail it but hey easiest money I made all day! Also helped give me two forms for selling my two Toyotas. Too bad the service at Foothill Toyota is so poor, they refused to honor the estimate they had given me the week before in writing. I think it was a bait and switch maneuver to try and make me pay for thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs. I asked for an oil change and thought I smelled oil after I had driven it and since then I smell no pipe leaks and see no leaks in my driveway. Tried to say I was being unfair. Toyota service suxks and I will sell both my Toyota cars asap. I was happy AAA montrose was so helpful to me.

I’ve been a member of Auto Club for 42 years. I get trip kits there regularly for RV trips that my wife and I go on. When I went there today, Catherine or Kathleen, who was at the reception desk said she was new, but was very helpful and nice. When they called me to do my trip kit, Deborah, who was helping me said I had to put all my destinations on a piece of paper. I told her that normally I tell them my destinations while they’re doing it on the computer. That way they know which route I would like to take. She said they couldn’t do it that way. I said they’ve been doing it that way for a long time for many years for me. I asked for the manager, and Pamula came and helped me and told Deborah that yes they can do it that way. She told me that Deborah was new and that was fine. When Pamula, the manager asked Deborah to watch what she would doing so she knew how to do it in the future she told her that she didn’t want to do that. That was very unprofessional on Deborah’s part. Everyone felt uncomfortable. Pamela end up doing the whole trip kit and did an excellent job. I feel sorry for her that she has to put up with employees especially new ones that don’t want to learn or do their job.

Ashley is a gem ! I walked in today for registration of my new car . The entire experience was amazingly pleasant to say the least . She even let me borrow some screwdrivers as I needed to remove the license plate from my car . I just felt as she truly cared for helping me . I highly recommend this AAA office and if your lucky enough perhaps you shall meet Ashley in person.
