Negative unprofessional treatment of their customers, under the unfriendly guys of helping you, very serious attitudes I don’t understand why they’re working there? I’m changing my prescription to another pharmacy these people don’t care about you!!!!!!!!!!!!

CVS has repeatedly failed to notify me when they were having difficulty getting my time-sensitive medications, until the last minute. This is a massive corporation and it treats you like a profit widget, not a valued customer. Will be taking my needs elsewhere, at the next opportunity.

God I don't know why this place doesn't try to improve. And the pharmacist at night is the absolute worst. He argues with everybody, he's super defensive, he obsesses over some tiny detail instead of acting like an adult and addressing your issue. He is the worst on the phone because he interrupts constantly. He also tried to give me a generic of the wrong medication; my drug doesn't have a generic. he pharmacy might as well be closed at night that's how helpful he is.And just know that if you make an appointment to get a vaccine be prepared to wait an hour (?!?!?) or longer (thus making scheduling pointless) AND to see people who walk in after you w/o appt get seen before you. Reviewing is an exercise in futility because they don't care but it passes the time while waiting!

I receive permission from the online pharmacist computer to refill my prescription by the next Wednesday. I was leaving town before next Wednesday, so I called the pharmacy and waited on hold for 20 minutes. I finally drove to the pharmacy and was talking to the woman on the phone while I was at the pharmacy, she told me I had no more refills for my prescriptions, which was not true. My bottle said that I had another refill before that prescription was over. Then at the pharmacy I talked to the pharmacist and a tech in person and told them that I don’t really been approved for refill next Wednesday, so how could it be that I was not eligible for a refill then I called the doctor to ask the doctor to call in the prescription and the doctor texted me that he had been on hold for 20 minutes and they still hadn’t answered the phone I’m going to pull all of my prescriptions from CVS.

After paying 99$ in the middle of the night for an ear ache virtual appt I phoned the pharmacy and asked how much the ear drops cost and could I get them right away. The two tablespoons of ear drops cost $296.99. Basically 300. In shock I asked could I use medicare, nope. Could I transfer the prescription to my Kaiser pharmacy.Sure. No I can't only Kaiser doctors use those pharmacies. Complete greedy ripoff. Never use them again for any reason.

I like it here it's has lot of selection and also it's open 24 hours if needed any medicine that is requested from emergency department.

I was very impressed by the pharmacy technician RAHELEH with her ability to multitask and help several clients at a buy period and she was the only one at the counter! CVS needs more hardworking workers like her! Kudos to her!

CVS Minute Clinic in Montrose was dirty, rude staff and unprofessional. Dr. Johnathan Tran and assistant need customer service training. Where do they find these people? Cleanliness was substandard. Avoid at all cost. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I made the appointment the previous day and it ended up being a total waste of time. CVS has lost my business because of this experience. There is plenty of competition.

Drove here from Walgreens (Foothill) to have my passport photo taken. CVS was about to close when I called, I was really desperate and hoping they can take me in. Fortunately, Carlos was there, he helped me. I was in and out within 10mins. Mission accomplished! Thank you for your excellent service and going above and beyond.

Came into this CVS right off the freeway Asked if I can buy Syringes, was told no!I went over to the minute clinic to ask if they had one I can buy or use right there in front of them so that they could see what is was going to be used for and nothing else. I explained my situation of being diabetic and I needed to shoot my insulin. I was still told no. So I ask him why is he in the medical profession if his not available to help. Took A picture of him so you guys could know of him.

Another terrible experience at CVS. Sigh. Our insurance companies dictate who we can use and there is no motivation for them to provide anything other than marginal service at best.
