My family's second home! Our families local ralphs has always been a fun trip. They really have everything you might need, this particular location is definitely one of the bigger Ralphses in the area. I used to spend the mornings on late start school days, or even go after school with friends to walk around, get snacks, and we especially liked that there was a Starbucks inside! Overall a great Ralphs, very friendly staff and great atmosphere.

I have been to this Ralphs many times and I think it is a good grocery store. However the last three times I have gone, I have ended up with moldy products. The mold has been discovered immediately upon arriving home. First was a can of cinnamon rolls, upon opening the can it was completely moldy on the inside. The second was a vegetable, again upon cutting it open there was mold. The third, was a can of Lays ranch dip, the seal was not broken but once we opened it up there was mold inside the can. I have never experienced such a series of events. I am curious if anyone else has had this experience and why the food quality of items has gone down…

This is a beautiful Ralph's. And the Sushi is top of the line and great prices!!! The Sushi Chef was AMAZING.

Why is there a coupon button on the self serve isle when it always says coupon not allowed when you scan any coupon. You always have to wait for the attendant and sometimes they say the coupon is not eligible until you tell them to read it. Seems like they are trying to trick people to just give up and pay full price. Specially if they are in a hurry

Worst meat section of any store I have ever been at.
Like avoided buying any cutlery from here if possible.
The store is big nice and clean, but such a shame that they carry such a low quality meat, chicken.
Everytime I get the "trimmed " cut here I still shave away another lb of fat.
On top of that the cut of meet is horrendous, there are injection marks all over it, it's just horrible.
Again what a shame, such a gient clean big store , and can't get a decent cut of meat.

There’s so much to like about this store but yet a low score… I’m a pretty easy grader so why did I rate this store so low?
Two reasons…
1) In correct pricing. The signs were mixed up and for at least one item the sign was just completely wrong.
2) In order to use the “Club Saving Digital Coupons” (my term) You have to use the store Wi-Fi. I get no signal on my phone inside the store. When I addressed it with the checkout person they said to use the store Wi-Fi but I’m telling you in general it’s a bad idea.
Here’s why…
Without a VPN your phone can be hacked and or your data can be breached on the public WiFi. It’s just a bad idea and Ralph’s should not encourage you to do it. It’s reckless.
To save money I have to risk my data? I think not.

Great store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Out of ALL the grocery stores I have been in this store was the best.

I don't want to shop at a store that just argues about price when clearly the app and digital coupons aren't working even though you are connected to the wifi. The whole digital coupon experience has left me and I am sure other customers very frustrated. I wish ralphs cared about this more

I wanted to call out one particular employee for his great service, Vincent. He's always helpful and I know my groceries will be packed nicely when he does it. It may seem like a small thing but it isn't. Attention to things like that make a valuable employee. I hope his managers see that.
