“As a newcomer to the area i really appreciated how friendly the owner was. He's just one of those people that you can instantly tell honestly cares about people. I needed to pick up some kratom and kava to help me with some recent back pain and consequent insomnia and his prices and selection were awesome. I don't do any THC or cannabis type products but his other herbals are on point.”

They seem to focus on wine and spirits, hence their name , but I found some great craft beer options too.
They also appear to host tasting events, where folks can come up and sit around a bar to enjoy some liquid delights. I haven’t attended one, but I did see people hanging out there when I came by to pick up some brews.”

“Great shop, but it’s temporarily closed. Not sure what’s going on. Been trying to go since Saturday 11/2/24. Lights are on inside, and the Open sign is on as well. When you walk up to the door, the inner security gate is closed and locked with a chain and padlock. There’s a handwritten note taped to the inside of the door that says “Temporarily Closed.””

“i been going to this smoke shop since it opened and I have never once been let down by them. There has been a few times where some product I got was defective , they always swap it out with no issue. This store is by far the very best smoke shop . Not only is the clerk knowledgeable in everything and anything you ask, he's also very friendly and kind. He recommends certain things depending on how you smoke, he introduces me to new items on the market and stuff that's been on the market that I had no idea about. I 10/10 recommend this smoke to alll my friends and homies. The prices are amazing . The service is always good and it's a very good experience when I go in.”

“This was such a fun experience! I'm not much of drinker, but my friends and I wanted to each have one drink before top golf. I drove to Burbank the day before, and picked out a bag for each of us. We got two Mexican Candy (so good!!) and a Triple Melon (pretty good as well). They have so many different types of combinations, and you get a cup of ice per bag. I don't recommend putting the candy into the drinks, they tend to get soggy and slimy. Just enjoy the drink and the candy separately.”

“I've been here a few times over the years. Cigars are fine, Anto is a nice host, and yes l, you are in downtown Pasadena so deal with the parking/restroom type issues. I can see how some people can feel out of place at times and it does have too much of an "LA" vibe at times. For example, Anto is a simple, old world owner (I mean that as a compliment) but his son's or friend's sons or whoever he seems to hire, are never helpful or seem to do anything. I never walked out feeling like "hey, my kinda place" and that's despite Anto seeming like a genuine good guy. But that's just me. Prices are fair and inventory is in good condition and plenty of variety.”
