Wife and I have been going to CrossFit Saved since January 2026. We love it. Coach Lex is top notch. He’s passionate, driven, and very personable. We are happy the gym itself is family friendly and everyone is welcoming. Looking forward to the future!

Crossfit Saved is the best! Ive been going 3x a week for the last 6 years. CFS is a positive and encouraging environment not just for the heavy lifters but everyone. Crossfit is for everyone, even me who is not weightlifter and nearly 50 ;) Love the gym and family community of coaches and fellow classmates.
