Mitch Clemmons came to my families rescue. I feel that most plumbing clients only find themselves in need of service in bad situations or, like myself, a nightmare of a situation. So with that being said... a pipe fix turned into a full redrain in a blink of an eye. We live in a home built in 1947 and needed plumbing bad. We planned to replace the plumbing but were hoping to tackle it the next year. Once my husband found a hole in a drainage pipe under the house, everything was already failing. So once one issue was addressed, we knew there was going to be something else. We opened that "can of worms" so they say. It all happened so fast. But that's the thing, it was all fixed really fast! They have a wonderful team and network of specialists to get the job done. I don't know if I wanted to do it that fast but we were there and as a team they made sure we were taken care of. There wasn't one night I was left without functional plumbing. There was only a 6 hour window I went without plumbing to be honest. It was more then a weeks worth of work they finished a head of schedule. For the nightmare I was in, I feel I was in the best hands and confident in the work done to my house.

The two plumbers, Brian and Gabriel, who completed the work, were professional, informative and friendly. They kept me in the loop on every step of their procedure and answered my questions in layman's terms. They left the job site cleaner than they found it.

Glen installed new hardware for 2 showers. The walls were a challenge, he said, and it took them a long time to do it. I’m grateful that they stayed until the job was done. They did leave a gaping hole in the next room, however, which I wasn’t warned about. Fortunately, we have a drywaller in the family, who can patch it up.Service: Faucet installation

Our home main sewer line was backed up for the first time ever, we called Mitch Clemmons Plumbing and Richard came out and explored every possible option to determine the cause, with the use of camera he determined the main sewer clay pipe was broken and collapsed under the sidewalk. From start to finish Richard explained thoroughly what the repair process would entail from cost, permits, timeline and completion, he stayed on top of the progress and stopped by each day to check on us while we were awaiting inspection and permits. During the excavation Richards crew were very diligent in working together to keep the yard clean, organized and safe. The job was completed perfectly. We highly recommend Mitch Clemmons Plumbing and Richard. Quality of Work and Customer Service was exceptional!

I have had have negative experiences with other plumbers, so it makes me really appreciate this company and it's employees. I really love their texting system. It make communicating easy!

Thanks to the outstanding performance of the Mitch Clemmons Team we now have new long life under house drain pipe, replacing very old defective cast iron. In addition, all connected exterior drainage, which was also defective, was lined with a long life product. This was a major project for us which could have seriously interrupted our access to and use of our home. The Mitch Clemmons Team, especially lead plumber Richard, was amazing, ensuring our usage needs were met, answering our many questions, coordinating and performing work, and ensuring timely completion.Services: Drain cleaning

We had the faucet in our kitchen replaced and Glenn did a good job. He listened to our concerns. The only thing is that we would’ve liked for him to wear shoe covers since out floor was dirty afterwards. Also he left the shower handle loose when he thought he was going to be able to repair the shower. We didn’t notice it was loose and almost fell over when we went to grab the handle. He could have told us it was loose or tightened it again. Other than these two things Glenn did a great job.

We had an emergency with water flooding in the garage coming from 2 faulty valves to our washing machine. Steven came out and replaced the valves, tested, hooked up to the washing machine and tested again before he left. He was thorough and he explained everything he was doing and why (I watched the whole time). He was there an hour and we were back in business. I expected to pay much more but was very pleased. One price for everything including all the parts and testing. A great experience.
