“I took my car into 3 different shops, called 3 other shops, and ultimately went to Marco Polo because my oil pan plug was stripped on my 2013 328i. No other shop would touch the plug in fear of stripping the oil pan threads. The shops I called said they would have to replace the entire oil pan for $1500. Sebastian was the only one that said he thought he could remove it. Turns out he was able to remove the plug instantly without damaging any threads. Saved me $1500. I ended up having him replace all the fluids in my car while it was in for service (brake,transmission, and coolant). Reasonably priced as well. I will be taking my car straight to Sebastian if anything ever happens to my car in the future. Extremely satisfied customer”
