I am a student that had to order textbooks here over this past quarter. Quality has never been an issue, but customer service is an entirely different story. I contacted the store multiple times through email and phone, but only received a response once. I asked if I could cancel my online order within an hour of ordering because I had decided I would no longer take the course due to financial costs. Despite the multiple emails and calls I made asking them to help me out, all I got back was a shipping information email. I received another response a day later with a short "no refunds on course readers" message. Although I understand this was definitely oversight on my end, I would have appreciated a more courteous customer service experience, especially after I shared my financial struggles with them. I sent another email that was never opened or replied to. I only buy things from here because my professors require us too. Otherwise, I would take my business elsewhere.

Awesome, quick service! Cal Copy printed high quality posters for the cheapest prices I could find with a really fast turn around time, done within an hour of me coming by. Amazing! I highly recommend!

Great rates, great service. Never had a problem here. Also, you get a discount for paying in cash, which is nice.
