I think location does get a 4 star rating due to the fact the inventory isn't in stock at the location. The employees are very kind and considerate. I don't mind shopping at this location but just stock your store correctly. I still do recommend this location to others........

CVS worker followed me and accused me of stealing. He was following me and said that I looked suspicious because I kept looking back at him while might u saw again, he was FOLLOWING me. I looked back not because I was stealing, because i got scared that he was starring at me

The pharmacy at this CVS is terrible. CVS now makes you leave a voicemail if you want assistance, promising a call back within an hour. I’ve left messages more than five times and never once received a call back. Most of the time I’m just trying to confirm if my insulin supplies are in stock because I get a text or the app shows there’s an issue with it, but instead I end up driving to the store, waiting in line, and dealing with staff who aren’t knowledgeable. It’s a huge headache every single time. Save yourself the frustration and go to a pharmacy that actually provides customer service.

I recently went into CVS in Birdrock for a Covid booster. I was taken promptly and the pharmacist was quick and friendly.

Went at 10:10pm and it was closed even though it advertises an 11pm closure.

Received excellent service from Brandy at the pharmacy (but disappointed that the price of my medication is now $126 for 3 mo. supply, that's $40 more compared to last year's price).
I did some shopping and received excellent service from Cynthia. I'm a loyal customer of this CVS branch in La Jolla Blvd for the last 8 years. All the staff, cashiers, and pharmacists have consistently given me excellent service and treated me with kindness and respect. Also, I'm glad that their restroom is now available for customers - what a relief during an emergency.

Opening at 10am for a pharmacy is a disservice to its community. Furthermore the staff at this pharmacy are rude, except for this one lady who works there. She’s really kind. The rest are rude and also make a lot of mistakes.

CVS is the ONLY pharmacy in the region you cannot reach by phone. It's infuriating when the pharmacist tells you "we can't call other pharmacies on your behalf to check to see if your prescription is available there; you will need to do it yourself", and then not be able to call them. This has to be a newer system because it used to be quite easy to reach the pharmacy by phone. I don't have time to call, leave a message, wait two hours for a negative response, and then keep trying my luck elsewhere.
