I had injured myself for the 2nd time Monday and could barely sleep from the pain. When I laid on the table, every movement I made hurt and the stretches hurt. after about 20 minutes, the pain shifted and started to feel good. By the time the 50 minutes were over, I felt so much better. It is now a couple hours later and I feel incredible! Joe is amazing. He has an incredible ability to zero in on what needs to be done. My pain went from an 8 to a 3. I am so grateful.

I just had my first 25 minute stretch experience and I can't recommend this place more! It was very clean, comfortable, had great staff, and I didn't feel pressured to buy a membership right when I walked out. They really seem to want what's best for my body vs. "selling" the studio. I'll definitely be back!

Joan and the whole team are amazing. Beginning with scheduling to customer service and of course the knowledge and professionalism that come with a perfect stretch specific to each individual and focusing on every customer's needs.Highly recommend everyone should try it, you feel so much better and learn how to keep your body feeling great !

I like the convenience; the stretcher I'm lucky enough to have stretching me. The way it has helped my quads and increased my ability to walk the stairs in my house which had become an issue. I've been going to Jo-stretch for almost two years and recommend highly.
