“We used Promodeling Inc to build an ADU in our backyard. We initially met with Guy the owner who gave us a lot of knowledge about the process and had some great design ideas. Then he introduced us with Oscar their architect who together with the engineer led the drawing until they got approved by the city, this process took about 5 months. The ADU has been built in four and half months. Alfie the project manager did a great job to manage the whole project and together with the construction crew provided us with a great customer service, huge help and a lot of piece of mind and confidence. We certainly impressed by the company and the found them very professional and keen of their trade. Overall we had a great experience working with them. It wasn't an easy project and not cheap but we are excited and we finally have this extra leaving space for rental. I recommend this guys!”
