“Gee, in reading Craig Hotham's reviews by others, my (probably too verbose) review is going to sound like a broken record. The Readers Digest version of my review is that Craig was Outstanding, Professional, Personable and extremely Dynamic at serving me as I sold my La Jolla property. For the whole story, read on. Thinking back, Craig's initiative and professionalism first came to my attention more than a year BEFORE we actually began working together when he contacted me inquiring if I would be interested in putting my condo on the market. His approach then was friendly, market informative, and brief. I told I was not ready at that time but I might be the next summer and asked if he could check back with me in a year. Exactly one year later he recontacted me and I WAS ready to sell. From that point onward, Craig first introduced me to his firm; then validated his credentials; then began carefully listening to my desires; then began the process. Craig's pre-marketing research and survey activities were extensive. His communication, counsel, and guidance throughout was extraordinary and superbly tailored to my needs. His willingness and capability to become the manager of pre-listing activities (including needed repairs, quality enhancements (such as painting, recarpeting, selective upgrades, and staging) made the pre listing experience nearly effortless for me. The effectiveness of Craig's pre-listing activities was evidenced by acceptance of a valid offer within 7 days of listing.
