Was in there today. The girls working there were not helpful whatsoever. I had to completely help myself. They never even said hi. I did buy some things but went over to the Quicksilver side where the guy was very friendly and helpful. I would want to know if I owned the store.

Shaun provided poor customer service while I was in the store today. Took my email saying I would receive 10% of my entire purchase. Then gave me 5% off only and tried to argue and say it was 10%. Ummmmm, no it wasn't. When I asked for the supervisor's name he said there wasn't one, to go to Quicksilver.com. Wow! Won't be promoting this store in the future,Just lost a customer for life. The company should really train those sales reps not to lie to customers. Sad that this company does this.

Roxy is my Daughter's favorite brand of clothes now, well she's 25 in June and I wanted to surprise her by purchasing a few things from Roxy. She's also just graduated College ? for Engineering Design and writing, and reading Blue Prints for businesses in and around Washington State. Maybe I'll get her a hoodie a couple shirts ?, and pants, or maybe I will let her choose, then I will just order it. Roxy rocks. ???????.

The food was delicious & service excellent! Would recommend - great for a date or anniversary! We've eaten here several times & never disappointed - the soufflé is to die for but be sure to place your order early because it takes 30 min to make.
