BEWARE!!! IF YOU PURCHASE HIGH END MAKE UP PRODUCTS (CHANEL, DIOR, GIVENCHY, YSL….), MAKE SURE ALL THE MERCHANDISE ARE IN YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!!!
The middle-aged Hispanic lady cashier didn’t put my Dior foundation in my bag after charging me for it and when I informed her that she did not place the foundation in my bag, she claimed that she forgot to ring me up. I made her and her manager pull up my receipt and on the receipt, I was charged for the Dior foundation. They gave me back my foundation without an apology or anything. I am sooo glad I checked my purchase before leaving the store. The manager has no customer service skills either…. It’s probably the same Robbin person everyone on here is complaining about.
I gave this review a 4-star ONLY because the makeup people were always super helpful when I am there, especially Kaitlyn, Dvir (guy w/ green hair), and the girl who helped me find the Dior foundation in my shade today, but I don’t get her name(skinny, tan, and asian)

This is one of the worst Sephora’s. I have been to absolutely the least amount of customer service. There is no friendly service here you don’t even get help when you ask for it. Most Sephora’s the floor clerks are there helping you with selection or finding product at this location they actively walk away from you. And the cashiers are absolutely the worst they mumble like their holding an entire pack of gum in their mouth. They are completely on unintelligible. Cannot recommend this location. There are other others that are just a mile or two down the road. Run don’t walk away from this location.
I was trying to check out and I could not hear what the clerk was saying so I asked her to say a little louder and she continued to mumble. I think there was a woman who was either a management person or in some sort of leadership position. She was sort of heavyset busting out of her clothes and I’ll probably 58 59. She told me she said this. The words coming out of that woman’s mouth were so belittling and be rating. The next client behind me said she couldn’t understand what the cashier was saying either. So it was definitely not my hearing. The gal just kept mumbling. Either get employees that can speak with clear, authoritative voices or turn down the volume of your rock music.

A beauty salon , offering services of make up and relevant care /advice.
Sell perfumes, skin care and cosmetic products.
While make up might be a good professional activity ; however, some of the staff members do not seem to be experienced enough to advice 100% correct product, suiting the customer. Moreover, did not like the delay or laxity in investigating serious harassment issues, directed towards sephora Manager by the customer.Prompt enquiry was the solution, while simultaneously involving the complainantSadly, this procedure was not adopted.

I had a full face makeup appointment with Janine and she was amazing! Understood what I wanted and delivered it spot on. 100% recommend her for a makeup session. I'll be coming back to this location because of her.

The advisor recommended OLEHENRIKSEN Vitamin CC Stick. He used various products on me and misled me to believe the product that worked was OLEHENRIKSEN, but the product is absolutely unusable. Total waste of money and time.

Got my makeup done by Janine and she did such a fantastic job! I'm going to a wedding later on and have little makeup experience. When explaining what I want she was very patient and understood the vision! While doing the makeup not only was she informative about the products but also gave helpful information as to her process. She was extremely communicative and amenable every step.

Dear Sephora Management, I am writing to formally express my deep concern regarding an upsetting experience I had today while shopping on behalf of a customer through Instacart. I was harassed and disrespected by a manager named Robin in a manner that I believe was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable. As someone who frequently shops in Sephora stores, both for myself and as a representative of customers through Instacart, I have always appreciated the helpfulness and professionalism of your staff. However, today's experience left me feeling targeted, disrespected, and extremely uncomfortable. Two times I approached associates to politely ask for help locating items. Despite the fact that they were not assisting other customers at the time, Robin intervened and prevented them from helping me...It felt as though she was deliberately watching me and actively working to block my access to assistance. The final incident involved a front-area manager who was kind enough to help me find a few items still within her department. Robin immediately approached her as well, seemingly reprimanding her for offering support. I want to emphasize that at the time, the store was closing in 10 minutes, and I still had over 10 items to locate. I was working diligently and efficiently, and my order totaled over $450. I never ask for help unless absolutely necessary, and given how frequently product packaging changes and new items are introduced, occasional guidance is sometimes required. Sephora, as a retail environment, is not always easy to navigate quickly, especially under time pressure. Robin's comment implying that it was simply "my job to find the items" was not only dismissive, but entirely uncalled for. As a professional completing a purchase for a customer, I believe I represent not only myself but also the customer's trust in the Sephora brand. I was shocked to be treated with such hostility and disregard. This encounter has affected me deeply. I do not believe anyone--whether a customer or a third-party shopper deserves to be treated with such disrespect. I strongly urge Sephora to address this behavior. Managers should set the standard for professionalism, not act in ways that alienate and belittle people doing their best to support your brand. Thank you for taking the time to hear this feedback. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that no one else will have to go through what I experienced today. Because if Sephora wants Instacart shoppers to keep coming and driving sales, treating us with respect is essential. We help move your products and bring in revenue and making our jobs harder only hurts your business in the long run.

I'M OBSESSED (5 stars) I've been to several Sephora locations and think I like this location best. The ones at the malls are always packed, long lines, and products can be out of stock. This location, easy to park, other shops around and have what I need. When you get old.er, skincare is prime! Moisturize moisturize moisturize. Keep the skin as plump, firm, and moisture as possible. Everybody's skin is different and it takes awhile to find what works best for you. They have so many brands to choose from - it's like walking into a candy shop but for your face and beauty. Everyone's different and they do best to serve all skin types. Due to a motorcycle accident I have "new skin" and I also have "scarred skin yet repaired by years of laser treatments" so taking care of my skin is very important. Yes, I have the good good stuff not sold at retail stores but at a doctors office but I also love coming here for my face retail therapy... TATCHA is my good stuff and I have a lot of their products. Although TATCHA brands its image around Japanese skincare, yes it is, but their HQ is in San Francisco. My home city going to get some recognition! Overall amazing product. TATCHA THE ESSENCE - after every shower or after I microcurrent and redlight my face, I like to apply this to my face and neck area. TATCHA SILK SUNSCREEN - loves this! It has minerals in it and those are the best kind busy usually mineral sunscreen leaves a streaky white film. Not this one. Blends amazing, light on the skin, protects well, and easy to apply makeup over. TATCHA BRIGHTENING EYE CREAM - little goes a long way. It does brighten the eye area, provides moisture, and makes you look more awake but it doesn't depuff. TATCHA SILK PEONY - I love how this glides on under the eye. It's light and provides good moisture under the eyes. TATCHA WATER CREAM - this is a lighter moisturizer and I love how it feels when applying, it has a nice "wet" but "cool" feeling - like water! My skin's dryness depends on many factors and I use this one when it's not as dry outside. TATCHA DEWY SKIN CREAM - LOVE this one. Many people are going to either be for Water Cream OR Dewy Skin Cream - I cannot select one and use them BOTH. Again, depending on many factors (day, season, time, dryness). It's a little thicker and heavier but the way it gives my face a nice dewy look without looking sweaty or greasy. TATCHA CAMELLIA CLEANSING OIL - I recently started using this and starting to like it more as I use it more. Washing my face with this gets off makeup or residual dirt on my skin. It's extra oily but it really clears off anything on the skin. TATCHA RICE WASH SOFT CREAM - this texture is like lotion/cream and applies well with a little bit of splashed water on the skin. It does gently clean the surface of the skin but I don't know if it cleans deep into the pore. TATSHA RICE WASH POLOSH DEEP POWDER - this is a powder where you add a little bit of water in your hands and gently rub into your skin. It acts as an exfoliating until the powder dissolves and then becomes a very faint soapy foam. I really like this product for cleaning deep into the pores. TATCHA SILK POWDER - recently have this and yet used but it's setting powder for makeup. I barely wear makeup on my skin (only my eyes and lips), have yet but will put this to use when the time arises. Will be back for more TATCHA refills and new purchases.

I was genuinely excited to shop at this well-stocked Sephora, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite the number of employees on the floor, most were standing around chatting and completely ignoring customers. When I asked for help with exchanging a concealer, I was brushed off and left to figure it out on my own. Not a single associate offered assistance--or even a bag for my items. After trying to get the attention of multiple employees with no success, I ended up putting everything back and walking out. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone I know. Honorable mention: it smelled terrible

The customer service here is horrible. Every Sephora I've been too had great service. This one was the exception. I bought a body cream, and loved it and then a couple months later bought another container as I liked it. I started to develop an allergic reaction, so was hoping to return the unopened 2nd container. The person at the register let me know that I can't return or receive store credit as it's past the time period. I accepted this and said nicely that they new return policy makes it more challenging for people to purchase with comfort. His response was that he "just works here part time and doesn't make the policies." As if I don't know that he didn't make the policy? All that was needed was for him to say "I understand and can relay the information to corporate." I get that I can't return the item, that's not the issue. The issue is the attitude of "not my problem, I just work here part time." That is not an example of decent customer service. It's bad customer service hiding behind corporate policies. Talked to the manager and the manager said she will relay feedback to corporate, so her words were appropriate but it was still said with attitude. Sorry Sephora, I love your customer service, but not this time.

I'm so torn because I love this store. They are always fully stocked and clean however this is the second time Alexa rejected to help me. First time, I asked about a skin tint & she replied back saying "you wouldn't want that" if I'm asking for it don't you think I would want to buy it??? Second, I saw she was ringing up a customer by the entrance. I waited until she was done to ask her if she could ring me up she replied back saying "I pulled them from the line" didn't give me an explanation or just simply say "hey they will help you at the register" I go to the line. I'm waiting on line for my turn, the girl at the register asked "are you paying with card" I replied by saying yes. She said "one of the girls can help you check out infront of the store. That made me so upset. I told her "I'm not going to that girl because she rejected me and I do not want to be rejected again" I'm very displeased with Alexa and her customer service. She seems to be very helpful towards people that do not look like her but not towards someone that the same colored skin.
