I used spectrum internet service for 2 years and work from home. Not once did my speed ever hit the amount I was paying for (500mbs). At the time of my service cancellation due to relocation they do not prorate service so I had to choose between paying a full month for only a few days of service usage or terminating my service early and not having internet for the last week of my residence. I also experienced frequent service interruptions almost on a daily basis during my contracted time.

Transferred our phones from AT&T to Spectrum today. Edgar M., our specialist, was terrific. Pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and efficient. Highest marks!

Exceptional customer service! I was very skeptical to choose spectrum but the friendly attitude of the employees and specially the manager Arben , made my experience very pleasant. The manager very much stood out, ensuring that every customer was well taken care of and even going above and beyond to address any concerns. The level of professionalism and expertise displayed by the entire team truly impressed me. The manager was extremely patient and explained the packages and their deals with a friendly manner! Highly Recommended!!!

I can’t return equipment for my wife’s account to this store because I’m not on the account. I was told I have to go a ups store to give it to them so ups can return it to the store. What a complete backwards policy and waste of time and money for everyone.

The employee here was just ridiculous. I had to pick up a cable box for my mother who is in the hospital. I am trying to get her home set up so she will be comfortable when she come home. Customer service told me on the phone I could come and pick up the box. Employee would not release the box to me even after I explained the situation and proved my identity. They said they would only release it to the name on the account. I offered to come back with my mom’s drivers license. They refused. I asked them to call customer service, they refused. Absolutely horrific service. *** Thanks for the automated response. You obviously didn’t bother having a real person read this ***

I had a wonderful experience in the Spectrum Store. My every questions got answered. The Specialist in Spectrum is very professional, nice and helpful. He helped me all set up and make sure I can have a new internet in my new Apt in LA. The store is very clean and nice. I definitely recommend to all your guys to visit this beautiful store and try Spectrum!

When we had service it was relatively reliable. We got T-mobile for $25 a month and switched. They do not offer an online option to cancel service. Only on the phone. And when you call, it' the typical nonsense with entering numbers with prompt after prompt, then the agent asking you for all the same info all over again. When you call they refuse to email you confirmation of cancellation in real time. Their agents have some sort of incentive/disincentive system to prevent you from canceling. The last agent offered me $49 a month when we confirmed, for the 5th time, that we were cancelling. We were paying $79 a month for a while. Pro tip: if you are a spectrum customer just call and pretend to cancel. They apparently will discount your bill by $360 a year. As I told the agent, if they offered me free internet for 6 moths I still wouldn't take it, just because the cancellation process has been so painful. I've called 5 times over the past 16 days and still have yet to receive written confirmation of cancellation. However, I have received confirmation that I requested the cancellation "that just didn't go through" 16 days ago. And they have confirmation that I mailed my router back. Yet, they still keep sending me bills for services "used" since the router has been returned. Capitalism is meant for enterprises like these to be obliterated by competition. It's a shame that the FCC is doing such a poor job that an entity with Spectrum's practices can maintain billions of dollars of market share. Look at S. Korea: internet is faster, cheaper and much more competitive. We can do better, America.

Definitely Five Stars! My internet was running slow. I brought in my modem and router and they swapped them out in just minutes. I suppose I could have done this on the phone or online, and have the new equipment sent to me, but this was amazingly easy. There was no muss and no fuss. I was in and out quickly after taking care of the equipment and considering an upgrade in service that they described to me. It's nice to do transactions like this in person so questions can be answered immediately. The two people with whom I spoke were friendly and knowledgeable. Great job hiring and training Spectrum! Thank you.

Jay was very friendly and knowledgeable when we wanted to switch over to spectrum mobile. He was able to activate our new phone with the old number no problem even though the store was closing. Thanks for the help Jay!
