Carlos told me to bring it in and he and his crew would fix it for free. They refused to accept payment and not only re-mounted the repaired tire back on the vehicle, but also put away the spare to factory specs. Hard to believe service like this still exists. Thank you! “I scheduled my appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. There is no box to check for tire rotation so I had to check “Other Service” and fill it in with “tire rotation” only to find out when I arrived that tire rotations are included with the oil change - nice! The gentleman at the desk was very polite - he explained what service would be performed and how long it would take. When it was time to pay, he explained all of the service issues that were discovered in the vehicle safety check and patiently answered my questions. I used the WiFi and worked while I waited. The WiFi worked well and the bathroom was clean. The appointment lasted about an hour.”
“I give it five stars because there are guys working here who actually work on wheels on cars. I lost the secret key to the nuts on my wheels. I visited several services and everywhere they advised me to go to official dealers. These guys unscrewed them in 5 minutes. Respect!”

“Based on my experience yesterday, this company understands customer service. The low air light came up on the dash panel, upon further investigation it appeared that a nail was causing the problem. I took the car to Discount Tire and was helped as soon as I arrived. The representative looked at the tire, and also examined the other three. He told me it would probably take an hour,
reasonable without an appointment. It actually took 58 minutes. I was figuring it would be $25 or $30. NO CHARGE. They have a customer for life.”
“I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The tires are still have good thread and I was hopeful that it could be repaired. I went to Discount Tire in Mira Mesa and was expecting to get a sales pitch on why I needed to replace all my tires. My service representative was Mark and he quickly evaluated the issue and said he could get me in and out in 45 minutes! Not only did the fix the problem, they did it for free! I will definitely return to this location when the tires need to be replaced! Thank you Mark and team!!!!!!”
