After the second month and I fill my unit they raise the rent by 15% because I didn't need their $14 a month insurance. A total scam. Wait until you fill it and won't want to move all you stuff again and then gouge you! Straight up gangster.

I had an excellent experience working with Glenda at A1 Storage! She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth from start to finish. Glenda took the time to answer all my questions, explain the rental process clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, but Glenda truly stands out—she treats you like a valued customer, not just another rental. The facility is clean, secure, and well-managed, and Glenda is a big part of why I’d recommend A1 Storage to anyone looking for peace of mind and great service.
