Had a call in on Sunday the 7 th at noon to have my car towed car stuck in park told them sent flat bed guy tried to get it out of park tearing up the gear said it need to be replaced anyways recommend me to take to his friend shop cal triple aaa to tell them what they did sorry is all I got told call on Monday have it tow can't find anyone to tow me today but the same towing service that tampered with my gear console so I guess I'll sit here till 830 am tell they can send someone mind u been sitting here since 5 am customer since 2017 I will be leaving them they are the worst customer service I don't want to do business with someone like this!!!

I went to this location to get my registration renewed. The transaction was completed without any problems. AAA was having a special for members with autorenewal in place. From the associate that was helping me, she mentioned 1 yr free for another person under my membership. I said okay and gave her a name and a birthdate. She entered the information on her computer, and before I knew it, the process was done, which I was glad because I was in a hurry.A couple of days later, I wanted to upgrade my membership from classic to plus. I went online to upgrade and found the following1) The associate misspelled the name I've given her2) She didn't put the correct birthdate3) The offer was good for a couple of weeks!Very unhappy with how this was done. I'm taking my membership off autopay!

I went to aaa auto club at La mesa branch.for renew registration. for my friend. he was sick and ready for surgery. I do a favor to my friend . I took his vehicle for smog. and regrister for him.because tag expired. the younger guy . refused an services. he asked my friend phone number. he said my friend not aaa membership no services and he said I should go to DMV.I am with aaa insurance and membership for 8 years. I don't think I am going to renewal aaa insurance and memberships anymore. Other Insurance Co. offers free tow. and why I have to pay for aaa membershipeven thought at main DMV can help without your friend present.don't waste you monies with aaathey don't do the services if need

Always hesitant to do paperwork, but this was such a refreshing experience. Shawn helped me and was great, but everyone was kind & helpful. The expected wait was 45+ minutes, but I was done and out of there in 25.

I must have been living under the rock for so long, I didn't know I could skip the line at the DMV to get my car sticker here, and for the most part still better than the self kiosk because I have to wait for the smog test result, but the kiosk won't give me my sticker until the DMV received the smog pass, so I came here for the first time, as normally I only contacted AAA for towing or roadside assistance, and I am a member for 9 years now, this is mind blowing; it's like a smaller version of the DMV without lines, no ticket numbers, just your membership and they will call your name less than 5 minutes, you get in and out fast, even though they tried to lure your for auto insurance quotes, but I had to kindly refused, the reason I came in was to save time not to spend more time, but they were nice regardless:)

was always a loyal member and never had a problemtill last week when they went into my acct to take TWO payments instead of one... and now I have to wait for their ridiculous red tape almost ten days to have my money refunded!! Oh we're sorry that's our (BS) policy. this cause a lot of issue with my bank having b to wait for this refund ... I don't have money like that to have you come in my account and take it twice and. now I have to wait ... not a good practice AT ALL... very unhappy... people don't have your account on auto pay!!

It would've been nice if they returned my calls by end of business day, as their outgoing message says. It gives you the option of waiting for a representative or leaving a message. If you opt to wait for a representative, they won't answer, it forces you to leave a message anyway after a minute it so. And then I still got no callback, 2 out of 2 times. Even if they can't call by end of day, not even they next day? No wonder the lines are long; you can't get a question answered unless you go in person.

I've been to this location twice and have had great experiences both times (: all the staff we've encountered throughout our visits have been very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The only reason I took off 1 star is because I've never been able to reach them over the phone. I'm assuming, like most places nowadays, they must be understaffed :( I like calling in advance to ensure that I'm taking the correct documents (to avoid having to do multiple trips). I've called more than once during different times of the day on separate days and I always get sent to voicemail :/

I just found out I can skip DMV by using my AAA membership and get my renewal registration ! Went to the office location and in 5 min I was done !!! Аnd the stuff there was nice and helpful ?Always there for me - from no gas situation to registration ! Thank you AAA

Edit.....walked out angry, made a call to customer service then....I spoke to Isabel. She made me go from ? to this ? It only proved how AAA truly cares about their customers. She made me feel like a customer of 20 years even tho I'm new. From laughing at my d*** jokes to taking the time to finding a legitimate solution. A+ Employee. Not just saying it cause my wife has the same name, since I only like here a little ?

I am writing the review as someone who took the AAA driving course lesson at this location. My instructor was Walter Swann. Walter was very patient and kind and taught me a lot about driving in the one-hour lesson. Great experience. I would highly recommend him to any driving student!
