As a member of the lgbtqia+ community I usually use the men’s bathroom to not cause any problems. But the men’s bathroom here is broken and it was an emergency. And the manager Ken and the young girl who works at the self checkout line refused to let me use my gender’s bathroom for no reason. I have shopped here for months and I have been treated so poorly today I will be shopping at Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s from now on I will also be contacting corporate about Ken’s terrible customer service.

Pam,Bruce were basically responsible for this positive review, of 2000-23. Courteous, Efficient, and Professional was my encounter at this Grocery store. So I didn't have an app,was walked through the process by them,said I'd leave this review, Albertson's acknowledge your 2 employee's mentioned for if no other reason, their integrity this ,1/17/2000-23 Respectfully, V.L.SWAIN

I have been getting my various vaccines here. Everything is run with efficiency and it is not too crowded. There are insufficient handicapped parking places out front. However, the parking lot is large, so there is much of a walk from wherever you park. For the COVID-19 variant vaccine, appointments are necessary. Just go onto Albertsons.com to schedule your visit. Easy as pie.

This place is the worst pharmacy with the most disrespectful staff. I went to this place I was waiting at the window for a long period of time and the Lady with with the ponytail was on the phone chatting and laughing I felt so ignored . She told me that she didn't see me, how could you bring up such an irrational argument . This is supposed to be a pharmacy and public health service. The next time I will use other pharmacies in my area.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this pharmacy. Technicians are always pleasant and helpful. I receive automated notification that my prescriptions are ready--and they ARE ready when I arrive. I do not understand why people get so annoyed when they have to wait in line! Almost anywhere you go, you have to wait. Relax and wait patiently.

Some of the dumbest people work at this pharmacy, or they're just plain shady. Not sure which one. I unfortunately got a script filled here and it was nothing but a nightmare. Originally I asked to have my prescription transferred to Allen's Pharmacy cuz they deliver via mail which is super convenient. Sav On said "well we can do that." So they decided to send it to my front door and I have to be home. Which is NOT convenient. So they continued to do that for a few months. After no longer needing the prescription I called to cancel and the prescription and the guy said "Oh your good. There's nothing pending for u." I said NO I WANT TO CANCEL THE ONLY PRESCRIPTION I HAVE WITH U AND DON'T EVER WANT IT REFILLED. I NO LONGER NEED IT. I DON'T WANT IT DELIVERED TO MY DOOR ANY MORE. He then said he canceled it but we'll see. I have no faith they can do even the simplest tasks.

I highly recommend this pharmacy for many reasons. When I came to San Diego to help care for my Mother who was dying, this pharmacy worked with me on transferring my existing prescriptions from NJ to SD, that was 3 years ago. I have since moved back to San Diego and the two Pharmacists that work there have gone above and beyond helping me with some new medical issues and prescriptions all during COVID. They have worked tirelessly for the Customers who they serve. Though there are waiting periods at times to receive your medication, they are doing the best they can and I feel that, We as the general public need to keep in mind that they are dealing with so many things due to the Pandemic and it is our obligation to be patient during these difficult times. I just want to say a big THANK YOU to the staff there at Albertsons in the Pharmacy Department. Diane Leuty

Decent store, that I had been going to recently because it is less busier than other supermarkets... Might have figured out why. Bought some crab legs as a treat, made them that night and within hours have a really bad reaction that lasted for days. Never had any issues before we seafood. Will not be going back there again for anything in the meat and seafood section.

Very nice clean and friendly employees clean store very helpful everybody knows everything about the story including myself which I work at the store the store manager is a great store manager he's always out on the floor and helping others out. The store manager helps everywhere in the store

Worst service ever. Not even a hello. The cashier first says to me, "I can't touch your bags." What?? I say, "what?" She says she can't touch my bags. I ask if they are offering bags. She says yes, ten centers a bag. What? You won't touch my bags, but you are willing to charge me for bags?? I guess there is a good reason why I RARELY shop at Albertsons.

I come hear frequently, wide variety of stocked items, and employees are usually nice to talk with. They do charge more then other places so I've found myself coming hear less and less, but will always be a customer since its so close to my house.

When in store today , customer complains to management about one of the cashiers who was taking care of her . i totally understand if you need to talk to the employee about it go ahead, but the way management treated the situation and went about it was terrible. #1 don't do it in front of customers (you are making a bigger scene), #2 this is absolutely humiliating the employee( you ruined his whole day) #3 ask employee instead of accusing based on what customer said(customer is not always right). What should've been done was close the lane or have someone else take over register and then talk to employee on the side( not hold up the line, frustrate your employee). I Will not be coming back due to unprofessional management(lack of skills maybe some training for management) , not only did you ruin your employees day but you ruined my family's day by witnessing this behavior.if i could rate this review as 0 i would unfortunately still have to provide a star.
