“Awesome service! I took the movement from my Vienna wall clock in to Jim to see about having the weight lines replaced and had it back within two weeks after a good cleaning as well. So pleased to see it working again.”
“10 stars. First of all the variety and quantity of items is so vast, it’s wonderful. So many things to see and prices are more than reasonable on most items. HOWEVER, the second point I want to make is about their TOP NOTCH customer service. My car wouldn’t start and one of the employees pulled his truck onto the sidewalk to jump my battery and help me figure out what was wrong. He saw someone in need and he showed up. I’m so appreciative of his help that he did not have to offer me.The customer service inside the store was wonderful too. They were not pushy but were always available to help when needed. They also held a piece of furniture for me (I paid for it) for almost a week so I could get another vehicle to pick it up. I’ll be back time and time again.”
