They had gas. They charge a card fee in addition to a higher per gallon rate price for using your card. So, don't use your card here. They're profiting off banking fees that you are paying as well as higher gas prices. Location is convenient.

Was challenged by employee on if I had purchased gas. Once I explained what pump we were on and know waiting at the air station. He still refused to activate the pump or provide a token. He immediately became very rude. Stated he has no control of the air and I need to call the company of the air/water station. I have never in my life heard such a thing. I then asked for the number to this location and he refused to surrender that information. Stated he doesn't know and I asked for his name (John). I felt discriminated, disrespected and threatened. Not once did he try to fix the situation or provide the number so I could speak to a manager.

I recently attempted to purchase gas at your location at 4925 Spring St, La Mesa, CA 91942. I went inside as I had a few items to purchase. For some reason, the card terminal kept saying "system malfunction". I have money in the account so it wasn't that. The cashier had me try several more times but we kept getting the system malfunction message. The cashier said that he had seen this happen with a few other customers and said that my card must not be in your system. Really? A US Bank debit card isn't in your system? I almost exclusively use this Arco location and my card has always worked. Not sure how now all of a sudden, my card isn't in your system. This whole fiasco took up 15mins of my time and made me late for work from lunch. Definitely not a happy customer

I found 5 dollars on the ground. I purchased a fountain drink. I also bought two pre-made sandwiches for a homeless guy that was standing out front of the storeThe cashier welcomed me in as I walked through the front door. She had a bubbly happy spirit about herself!!

My pastor had to get gas for his SUV. I bought my friend a fountain drink. As I was walking from the vehicle heading towards the store, I found a $5 bill on the ground. When I got up to the store entrance, there was a homeless guy standing by the doors. I asked him if he'd like a drink, that I'd buy him whatever he wanted. But he said he was more hungry then thirsty. So, I bought him 2 premade sandwiches
