Very honest and up front salesman. I believe he is the manager. (Reef) He told me exactly what I needed to hear. Not in a hurry to make a sale and he gave me all the things to think about before my decision making. From now on I will be going to his store for everything concerning my phone. Not only did the service rep never call me back while in the middle of transferring providers but this location is not open when it says it is. It is 4:35 on a Friday and it’s closed with hours on the door and online clearly stating they are open until 7. 0 customer service
