Okay, so my husband was in a real big hurry. He had me call to see if this location had specialty tool in stock. I talked to Jackie (give that girl a raise) the part was there she put it behind the counter and I told her April fools day is my second favorite holiday. So I told her to hide the tool and play hot and cold with my husband. He said before he left " I'm going to record cause l every-time I go in they never have the part or tool they said they would." So for me THIS IS PERFECT! He will already be recording, and awaiting disappointment. She messed with him for a solid 60 seconds. He got it recorded too. Jackie made all my dreams come true as I've had to start my April fool's shenanigans early lately; cause he's onto me. #Jackie #DontKnowYouButLoveYou

My car battery died, someone was able to jump it so I could get to autozone. They immediately tested it and replaced it for me. They were super helpful and quick. It turned a stressful experience into something very manageable.

I do not recommend this store!!!! On October 9, I bought spare parts in the amount of $230, they gave me something that I didn’t ask for: Spray and brake fluid, I lost the receipt, today I came to change it, they said without a receipt they won’t return the money, I didn’t make a fuss, but I realized that it was illegal with this store Something is always wrong. I left the product as a gift and told them to use it!!! the price of the product is 9$ 10$ it’s unpleasant that they do not obey the consumer rights law!!!

Pretty decently stocked, the Fix Finder service is very hit or miss. First time I came by, they didn't have the scanner. Today I went by and they had it but gave it to me to do and I'd never done it, so I learned how on the spot. When I brought it back in to give back, the guy that helped me asked some questions about my car, explained what the codes meant, printed me the report and I saw he didn't take down half of the information I gave him correctly. He was friendly and I was quick to be helped, but I still feel very confused and stressed out as the last comment made about my car was, 'Yea that's not cheap'.

Called them about a service, they said they can do it if it's not "raining". I showed up to the store, the same guy who talked to me on the phone and told me "we can do it", told me "we don't do that". Then I showed the number I called, and I asked him what's the number and he said "idk the number at heart". Horrible service/experience. If you don't know something, ask your manager before making the customers drive to you...

I want to give a wholehearted thank you to the employee, Leslie. She not only was warm and welcoming, but she took the time to explain answers to my questions. She also helped me navigate an issue I was having with my car. She has exception customer service and is the reason I'll be returning to this specific location.

Brought my wife's vehicle in due to a dead battery and they installed the incorrect battery as well as the battery that was installed was put in incorrectly and lossely which led to malfunctions of the vehicle from not starting to even shutting off while on the highway! This was unbelievable and unacceptable, I ended up paying nearly $1,000.00 to fix the mess up from them, undoubtedly they have staff that need to be fired such as one who fell asleep while standing up at the register. Overall I am annoyed that I wasted my wife's time by bringing her vehicle here.

My wife's car needed her car battery replaced and they were able to fix it no problem. We were helped by Neli who was excellent and she was able to change the car battery. If my wife and I ever need help again we will definitely be coming back to this AutoZone.

Robert from AutoZone at the La Mesa location it was a big help both times when my battery died. Took time out to check the alternator and is also help my wife with car trouble , this is reason why I keep coming back to Autozone- thank you.

Called and ask for a batter in stock and service. They said yes and to come in. When I get there the lady says she’ll sell me it but can put it in because there’s only two employees and the other guy walking around was “just back there”. I had just got a jump. Terrible service, just like the other guy who left angry before me.
