I ran into this awesome nail salon after taking my Spin cycling class at 24-hour fitness 2 months ago and on my 2nd visit today was always a cheerful warm greeting and great customer service I feel at home here they all pay attention to detail on my manicure and pedicure and treat me like a.King the environment is nice,clean and friendly..this is my Go to for my nails salon and I do with 5 stars highly recommend.

My experience wasn't the greatest. I first walked in and tried to tell the staff what I wanted and I tried to talk to them but they didn't understand me. The lady who did my nails was really nice but gave me something that I didn't ask for.

I love Natalie; she does a fantastic job on my nails. She is gentle, kind, and very detailed.
My only complaint about the place is the bathroom is disgustingly dirty. The sink has mold and filth thick enough to scrape off. Just stay away from thetoiletm.

They have issues with gay men. My two friends walked in and asked for simple manicures. They looked us up and down, and you could see her disgust. She said they were all booked. We said we could come back in an hour. She said they wouldn't have availability until 6 pm. I've never felt more uncomfortable. Talk about a double standard. My friends were people of color, and these Asian ladies didn't want us there. And it was obvious. I felt very uncomfortable for my friends and for myself. Don't come here if you are gay or a man. I'll never go to another nail salon again. This is why we usually do our own nails. We wanted to come in because we are celebrating Brahams visit. Thanks, ladies, for showing you can be racist and sexist, too.

I went here when on vacation for gel manicure. I called for an appointment which they did make. It’s pretty small and very hot inside. I didn’t know any of the technicians so I was given a male tech that could not remove my previous gel polish. A different tech used a dremel to remove it, which is terrible for the top layer of your real nails. I have always had them wrapped which is how my nail tech always does it. Then he over-removed my cuticle which made applying the polish a hot mess. Very uneven and looks sloppy. Lesson learned, I will avoid this salon in the future. The technician next to mine however did a really fantastic job on the customer next to me, so I do believe they have the ability to do beautiful work. I just didn’t get lucky enough to receive that kind of nail tech.

Every thing went well , the service is great. She says it only takes 10 minutes to sit down and wait please and she's right. They may be busy as heck but they always seem to get you in within enough time and get you out by the time you need to be out I definitely recommend this place!

I have been going to this nail salon for 2 years. I've never : seen "Cacaroches" on the walls or anywhere which a customer posted on this site.the staff is very nice, and Holly, who does my nails, does a terrific job Cindy " The owner is also a very nice person always tries to accommodate the customers as best as she can. THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS VERY GOOD, and the salon is clean.
