Not too crazy about the scents they have come out with in the past 10 years. I wish they would go back to some of their old Scent smells. They were much more fresh and clean. The only time i buy is during their semi-annual clearance. Other than that, their products are way too expensive. I mean, they wanted $29 for a plugin, and you have to buy the scent oil separately. That is just plain wrong and ridiculous.

Waited in an extremely long line just to make a quick purchase, 2 registers open and 3 other Associates not on registers chatting behind the counter while 2 other associates were at 1 of the registers chatting it up with a customer for a minimum of 5 min after her transaction was complete. Absolutely no regard for the 11 other people standing in line just waiting to be helped. On top of that, parking is a nightmare and this Bath and Body is not easily accessible, it is a a hike from anywhere you can finally find parking. It's not a convenient location unless you are already at the mall shopping for other things and happen to stop in and don't mind being ignored by associates.

I am a huge fan of B&BW. I buy a lot of my products exclusively from them. Unfortunately, I cannot go to the stores because of the overwhelming smell. So, I always buy everything online.I visited this store during candle day, and quickly left. I love B&BW, but way too much in a store setting.
