This place is awesome. I was looking for a part and didn't have a vin number, and Brent was able to help me get the right part for a really reasonable price. It was a special order part for a 2006 GMC and had to be paid for and was here faster than I expected. When the part came in, Brent called to let me know it had arrived, and I'm so glad I got a dealership part over some aftermarket cheap junk. Miguel is awesome as well. When I picked up my part, he helped me find some other small items I needed, and they were in stock. Next time I need parts, I will for sure call these guys first to see if they can get it for me. Thanks guys your customer service is amazing!

Billy Shaw is the man! One of the most delightful car salesman I've encountered. I'm so happy with my Vette and the customer service at Bob Stall Chevrolet. I never thought I would own my dream car, but Billy the Cowboy, Oswald, and the team at Bob Stall made it happen. If you're looking to buy a Vette, I highly suggest doing so through Bob Stall. I had a refundable $100 reservation for the new Chevy Blazer EV through Bob Stall Chevrolet via the GM website. It was placed in July of 2022. In October of 2023, I canceled my reservation on their website due to the price being $8,000 more than when I placed my reservation. GM said Bob Stall would issue a refund of the $100 deposit within one week. Well a month later, no refund was seen on my credit card statement. I had to call the dealer to ask about it. They looked into it and called back saying a refund check would be issued. I wasn't given an explanation or an apology. It almost seems Bob Stall was hoping to secretly keep customer's money! I suspect I'm not the only reservation holder whose money Bob Stall still has so check your credit card statement carefully!

Very poor customer service. I paid cash for a Traverse premier, which was more than $50K. I have had questions over time and have left numerous messages for Alberto others. It is extremely difficult to get a hiuman being to pick up or return calls.I enjoy the vehicle but will not return to Bob Stahl going forward.o

8/12/23 - went there to something for an extended warranty. No issues. Great staff, very polite and I bought a car there last year. Would recommend. Sold a car and cancelled extended warranty I had with them. Class act staff.

I bought my car in November 2022.First complaint: I took a look at my statements and noticed inconsistencies on how they apply my payments towards interest. I called the dealership to talk to someone in finance. They sent me to voicemail and never called me back. I don't like that they don't care about you after you bought your car.Second complaint: my car broke down on a Friday and they said they wouldn't be able to work on it until Monday. No one offered a rental vehicle. I had to call later when someone pointed out to me I should have one. They told me to call back tomorrow because they were closed. I called back the next day and they said they only approve rentals after there is a diagnostic on the car. So now I have no car for the weekend. This car is brand new I shouldn't have to be having this inconvenience. I wish I never bought this car!

Just picked up my car today (2 weeks in the shop)as it was getting repaired for a new passenger door just to find out my left side tail light is out, which it wasn't when I dropped the car off. Had to go back and have them take a look at it since the repair was done on my entire left side of the car.Car mechanic comes back saying the "light failed all the tests" and that it's an LED light so there's nothing they can do & that I will have to contact Honda and deal with warranty. WTF. I brought my car in for y'all to fix it just to have something else to fix that wasn't broken before. SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE.

Do not buy from here. You will have a head ache thru and thru. Bought a Camaro, paid the down payment. Had a pre approval from my bank. They came back a week later asking for more money. Okay understandable. Called my bank, they had no idea what Bob Stall was bugging me for. I go back and fourth with the dealership and bank to get the final numbers. Leslie, the finance rep I was working with asked me to provide proof of income and to put about $1400.00 more downI asked if I could email the documents to her, she said no and that I could come in the next day. She also said I wouldn't be able to pay over the phone. I was more than willing to pay the $1400.00, and email the docs. Mind you, when she called I was at the doctors office. She was very understanding and told me to swing by the very next day. The next day rolls around at 8:30 in the morning the finance manager (don't know his name, wears a cowboy hat- African American guy) calls me and asks when I plan on coming in. I tell him I will do it before they close he demands a time frame. He also asks me if I can email him the proof of income. At this point I'm annoyed at the constant miscommunication. He then tells me to send the info by email or to return his car. He also called me "young lady" which I found to be comical. (I'm not your friend and I'm not your child) I tell him he's acting like I stole the vehicle. I hang up on him and tell him I'm more than happy to return the car. They weren't doing me any favors, I bought it sticker price, and it was 2 years old. I can live without it. I have had 2 financed cars and have paid them off within the first 2 years each. During the application process, the dealership ran my credit even tho I had a pre-approval from my bank. There was a lot of confusion in regards to the down payment, the final price,and the loan amount. At the end, I returned the vehicle because the finance manager called me and talked to me like I was a criminal driving off of in a stolen vehicle. When I took the car back, I saw the same gentlemen and he told me I was untimely with the request. Mind you, this whole ordeal was 2 days long. He was rude, unprofessional and overall gave me a patronizing attitude.I am buying the same exact vehicle from Chevy in Kearny Mesa. Don't waste your time with these unprofessional, unorganized people.

The staff was unprofessional and making comments about customers while getting vehicles serviced. I scheduled an appointment a week prior and when I arrived they told me they couldn't uphold there original scheduled service. No courtesy call or email was sent to me prior to showing up to my scheduled appointment and when I communicated my frustration no effort was made to rectify the situation. I would not recommend this dealership for anyone's scheduled or emergency service needs. Go to Kearny mesa they have better customer and vehicle service.

I recently bought my car at Bob Stall and couldn't be happier. Mo was my salesman and he was excellent. I felt like he listened to what I wanted and what I would pay and found me the perfect car for me. Mo was so patient while I was making up my mind and came at me with real figures and did not play games. I would recommend him and the entire team I dealt with at the dealership.

Christian was amazing from the moment I stepped through the door, he was able to tell me all the rebates I qualified for and get me exactly what I wanted. The finance department made everything super smooth and quick. I was in and out of the dealership within two hours..
