“Service is unparralled here and price is comparable to the big box hardware stores. I'll come here any day over the big box places. I like it here, It just feels good coming in here. Employees seem happy and so do the customers. I live down the street and pop in when I've needed a quick sprinkler head or pvc piece, I've even bought bigger items like vanities, and faucets, and a lot of outdoor plants and always gotten really good customer service.”
“Francisco has delivered two tons of really nice river rock. We liked the first batch so much that we bought another.
He helped us determine which size and colors would work best and kept in touch throughout the process. The rock was delivered on time, placed exactly where we asked, and was in a closed bag which prevented dust and mess.

“Discount Glass...I can't say enough good words about them! A couple of weeks ago, I decided at the last minute to put a customized mirror in my newly remodeled bathroom. I was totally happy with my $50 mirror from Home Goods until two different friends came over and told me that the mirror just wasn't right. The problem is that I had guests coming in from Australia that day and a surprise party the next day.
Luckily I called Discount Glass and got Juliet on the phone. OMG!! I described my idea of what the bathroom needed and told her about my lack of time....even the lack of time to come into the store and look at frames.
No problem for Juliet. She found me the perfect frame (is she telepathic??) and it was installed immediately. It's more that perfect! Both the measurer, George, and the installer agreed.
I just had to write about Juliet. Her customer service was AMAZING!!! She listened and found exactly what I wanted. If fact, she found something that was even better than what I had in my mind. Juliet's follow up and communication skills were so good. And so was her sense of urgency for my project. She delivered on every count.
Because of Juliet, I will be placing another order with Discount Glass this fall when my 2nd bathroom is remodeled.
Juliet is a true asset to The Discount Glass team. She's a keeper. I think this company is a great one...and that is all because of Juliet!

“Everyone that works at either locations are super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of mouldings. I found their website to be easy to navigate. I found the part numbers and simply called in my order and was texted a payment link to pay through my phone. Everything I needed was in stock at their El Cajon location and they help you load everything into your truck. I even had to do a return because I decided on a slightly different size moulding and the return/exchange process was easy.”

Came in on July 3rd 2025 and was helped by Adrian, super friendly, really funny, and made the whole experience easy and relaxed. I was just looking to pick up a stainless steel mesh face shield for my Milwaukee BOLT helmet, and he got me squared away in under five minutes.
If you’re trying to build the ultimate arborist setup, just a heads-up: the full yellow sunshade for the BOLT helmet won’t fit if you’re also running both earmuffs and a face shield. That’s the only reason I didn’t grab the rest of the setup, I already had the helmet and EarPro, so I kept it simple.
The face shield isn’t something you’ll usually find at a Home Depot, which is why I came here, and I’m glad I did. Great service, smooth process, and they had exactly what I needed. I’m sure they’ve got a solid warranty too, even though I’ve always appreciated Home Depot’s. Either way, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here next time. Highly recommend White Cap if you’re in the area.

“I was in the carpet section looking for something for my front yard for a birthday party. Charlie (or Charles I forgot which was his name was) was really great and genuinely cares for his customers. I came looking for a specific item but they didn't have it. He tried calling other stores but they were taking too long and took his time to give me better options. Great guy. He's the reason why this place gets 5 stars. Also, the lady at the cashier in the garden section was very nice and genuine. This place has some really great staff.”
