Many note it is a nice store with a clean and maintained environment, where customers are often greeted with a hello and a smile. However, the lines are frequently way too long due to a need for more cashiers. A common complaint is that the fitting rooms are often closed, which makes customers think twice about buying. Items go fast, so if you see something you like, it is best to take it immediately. Some are disappointed to find it is more like a Ross now, with a limited seasonal coat selection only in October and November. Despite this, it remains a great spot to shop with a nice experience.
You have to go through a security checkpoint to enter the store, the second floor is completely cleared off and emptied out, and the bathroom is still upstairs.
