We were at the mall and decided to stop in and get my daughter's ears pierced. She's 4. My daughter was nervous but Luz was so patient and friendly she made the whole experience pleasant. Piercing is free but the earing was $80. She got a 14k yellow gold 3mm earring.

My sister and I went to get our ears pierced and Gemma was truly a gem! She took care of us and was super friendly and reassuring making sure we were comfortable the entire process. She explained everything thoroughly and was just super nice!
