Not worth your time. I ended up not getting a service here due to a time constraint, however, I am leaving this review due to the rudness experienced when I came as a walk-in for a hair wash.
Stylists made it seem like it was not worth their time to take me as a client. I've had far better customer service from a Supercuts.
A salon should not offer walk-in services if they aren't going to be respectful of who may be walking through their door.

Joanna does amazing hair - for context, I have highlighted blonde hair with sewn in extensions. The salon is clean, modern and classy. I love the products offered as well. Also love being able to get both my hair and nails done (Faye is also amazing) leaving feeling truly pampered and ready for whatever life brings. :)

horrible experience. I mean I tried to even have an experience at least. walked there and i got there at 3pm on a monday today december 12, 2022. sign on the door clear as day showing their hours but no lights on and closed. see that the sign mentions that if you wanna walk in you still gotta call so i call three times. then another time half an hour later. no answer. my biggest thing and only thing I hate with a business is when they just create their own hours, and/or dont post anywhere or at least put a sign a change in hours whether it have been last minute or not. so i mean whenever they do end up being open i dont even wanna go back.

Khlood is the best hairstylist I have ever been to. She is a color specialist and never messes up a cut. She always does my hair and it feels healthy. she fixed a crooked haircut. she also fixed my friends hair that other people refused to fix. she is the sweetest, caring lady. go to her!

Feng is very wonderful at bayalages, highlights, cuts and more!!! I have been going to her for years now (even at AVAIA). Always feel sexy leaving and a lot of good compliments by her work.
