I’ve been to several CrossFit and “group workout” gyms and Kivnon has been by far my favourite. Everyone is friendly, the equipment is great, and whether you’re advanced, or beginner, the coaches are very accommodating.
I’d like to especially shout out Aren, who has been one of the best coaches I’ve ever worked with. Any time a new person is present he goes out of his way to assist, adjust, accommodate, and support throughout the workout, making things easy to understand, fun, but challenging enough to get an excellent workout.

CF Kivnon was an incredible host for my bachelorette weekend workout! They gave us our own private class time for the cost of a drop-in, programmed the workout in collaboration with my maid of honor, and even set out a table for us to have a mini champagne toast after the WOD. Kelly and Jess were so helpful and friendly, and the open-air facility is perfect for working out on a beautiful California day. One of my friends needed to work on her OLY program during our class and they were accommodating to that adjustment as well. THANK YOU CF Kivnon and I hope to visit again the next time I'm in SD!

Great Crossfit gym! Very welcoming and great coaching! Lots of equipment. Big proponents of Mayhem programming, which is awesome. They offer kids' crossfit, olympic weightlifting, and gymnastics, coached by Anthony who is a rockstar coach!

CrossFit has had many different narratives written about it. From my personal experience, it was an amazingly welcoming community with coaches who want to understand how to bring your best workout person out. I had Coach Aren and he was amazing.
