Fast friendly and good price. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I saw customers waiting outside and the staff member took out chairs for the customers to sit down. Had to take care of two cars for smog when I left after my first check there were several customers waiting. When I came back with my second car the staff worked through almost all of the cars.

I came to get a smog check on a Saturday afternoon. It's easily accessible off Dallas, with plenty of parking. There was one customer ahead of me finishing up and then a helpful staff person checked me in, with my DMV paperwork. The check took less than the 15 minutes I was told it would take and I was out the door quickly. I had brought in a coupon from the Dekra website and they honored it without a problem. I will definitely be back for my next smog check.

Lived in the El Cajon area when I first found this location and loved the customer service. I recently moved to the southbay area and still prefer to make the drive here. Today, I guess the employee was closing early when I arrived due to staffing issues. The employee still assisted me and smogged my vehicle. Much appreciated!! Will be back again.

I took my car in today as it is very close to home and I received good service a couple of years ago. I didn't have an appointment. I waited about 10 minutes and then my car was in the service bay. 10 minutes later, I had my paperwork, and then walked over to the registration window. For a small fee, I had my tags. I was in and out in less than an hour. Service was courteous and efficient. I was happy to pay a little extra for the registration since it saved me sitting for an hour at AAA. I recommend this company.

I went to DEKRA yesterday to get my car smogged. There was no one in the office, so I waited......and waited. When no one came I finally went to the mechanics area and the fellow there barked at me to go meet him in the office. So I did, There was no "hello" or "how can I help you?" or any other type of personal greeting. Just a cold demand for me to pay for the smog cert when I told him what I was there for, and an icy comment come back in 30 -45 mins. So that's what I did. When I returned, once again there was no one in the office. Again I waited and waited. Then just as before I walked to the work area to find someone to help and found a guy who was as cold, irritable and abrupt as the first one .He ordered me back to the office. He handed me my keys and a receipt. No "thank you for coming in", no comment at all actually. Just cold silence and the document. Not even eye contact. I don't get it. But I sure didn't like the treatment. I won't be coming back here for anything because of the rudeness, lack of interest and the vibe that servicing my car was an inconvenience/annoyance/a bother. I gave 2 stars instead of just one because the car was done quickly. NOT RECOMMENED!
