As a female, I can really appreciate that this place operates with honesty and integrity. They don't try and take advantage of you or upsell you. I came in last weekend because I got a flat tire and had to have my car towed here. They showed me my other front tire that had all the wires sticking out and said I needed to replace both front tires. They were right! They gave me a great deal on both tires and helped saved me alot of money. I would have paid $100 more anywhere else. Thank you Anthony and the store manager of this location! You guys hooked me up! That's what customer service is all about!

What an easy smooth experience. Jon S. and his crew got us right in and took care of our family vehicle. We now feel safe on the road and ready for summer trips with these new tires. Safety First!
Jon made us an appointment right away and we were on our way shortly thereafter.

I have been supporting this place because I always offer loyalty to good businesses. I also always tip cash when I get air in my tires so they feel appreciated. Yesterday I went for air and was told by the service worker I needed new tires. I got my tires from them less than two years ago and I don’t drive often. My tires are fine. I am a woman and wonder if he thought I was stupid. I left feeling taken advantage of and I will never return to this place. I will go back to Costco.

My tire light came on and I noticed my rear right tire was completely flat. I put air in the tire but figured I stop by Discount Tire to see why it went completely flat. Jorge D G at the La Mesa Discount Tire quickly assisted me and found a screw in the tire by quickly inspecting the tire. He then took down my information and had the team patch up my tire since it was reparable. Jorge showed extremely high professionalism in assisting me and it was beyond a pleasant experience due to his awesome customer support.

The staff here is incredible. All the writers and technicians that I've experienced for the last 5 years I've been coming here have been nothing short of exceptional. They all deserve a raise.
Management is a different story. Was 100% satisfied with every interaction there until the store manager decided to step in and ruin a great relationship, then tried to back track instead of sticking to his decision after he realized I was upset. Will likely be finding another tire supplier for our companies fleet of vehicles, and quite upset I just spent $1300 on tires here 2 weeks ago for one of our trucks.

Make SURE that you are a squeaky wheel if you are buying tires here! My son had an appointment at 10:45am. He worked from 4am to 10:30am at his job. Went directly there. Was sold more expensive tires for the front that "were more compatible to the rear tires." Also, he upsold him the maintenance package. It's now 1:10pm and he is still sitting there!!! The manager said that he must have given his wrong info. Like he didn't know his own name or phone number. Manager said they didn't have a Connor or a Honda Civic in that morning. Said Connor "watched his car pull out of the bay and get parked when it was done at 11:45am." My son said that was not true as he was watching videos for ASU. First time he has ever purchased tires. How long would he have been made to wait if I hadn't called? They didn't even notice that a customer was sitting there for 2+1/2 hours???? Doesn't pay to be a patient customer!!!! Update....I tried them again. Was a lot better. More prompt. Got the job finished more timely. Upgrade from 1 to 3.

Discount Tire always gives me solid guarantees, with all the potholes in Southbay you almost need it. Today we came to the La Mesa location. I have to say, this place has a solid team with the best customer service we've experienced at any location. Special thanks to Justin for his hospitality and professionalism.
