The experience through Dixiline has been overwhelming positive and a relief from the previous struggles I've had just finding someone for my project.My only complaint is with the lack of communication and sense of irgency or care, from the installers at Glennview Glass. It was a long struggle to simply schedule an install date for my project. Even after reaching out to them directly I felt they were just kicking my issues down the road. The only saving grace would be your install coordinator Haley C.Haley C. the install coordinator in LA Mesa has been a life saver. From being patient with answering my consistent questions, to being supportive when the installers drop the ball. She has been proactive in keeping me informed, and accommodate through the entire process. As a hotel .manager myself, Haley embodies and practices the level of customer service and care I would be proud to have on my own team. It is the privilege of working with her again that will have me returning to Dixieline for a future project.

I always come here when I don't want to spend hours looking for a small screw at home Depot. The sales associates are so helpful and will actually walk you to where you need to find your item. My favorite place to find things

I went to this Dixieline to get a quote on some new windows. I probably should have turned around after the lack luster greeting I received from the guy sitting behind his desk as you walk into the window showroom. I stayed because I was greeted by a much friendlier person Josh. He spent some time talking windows and gathering my information. I went back home sent him the information he needed to help him write me up a quote. My real problem is when I received the quote. There was no breakdown of the 4 windows I needed. It was a lump sum for the two different brands. When I asked for a breakdown of the windows his reply was "you'll get that at time of purchase". In fairness to Josh he explained to me that it's Dixielines policy to not provide a breakdown. With that being said Dixieline has lost a customer. I won't be going there for any of my home improvement needs. As a consumer I deserve to know the breakdown and costs of each individual item I'm buying, so that I can make an informed decision. If you are looking for windows and need a breakdown go to Home Depot! Not only did they spend time talking to me they provided a breakdown of the windows and specifications without even purchasing. He told me to take it home look it over with my contractor and when I'm ready they'll place my order. On top of all that they were $600 cheaper than Dixieline.

Great customer experience!! I went in for a small specialized cut of wood that would fit my project. Both Rin (project Specialist) in the front and Ryan in the lumbar yard, went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct piece. The entire staff had great rapport with each other and that friendliness gets passed down to the customer! This location has a mom and pop feel with all the supplies you’ll need for a project.

Overpriced , no one seems to help you out even if it sooo noticable that you need help. My advise may be farther away but home Depot your best bet

Arrived to get a paint sample today and they had literally zero options to provide customers with samples. They said HS seniors came and bought all the plain samples to paint their parking spots at school? I was given zero options was just told no, being in customer service I took the lead and asked what can we do instead and I was told The quart size was available for $24. Absolutely ridiculous.

Have been working with Chris Mason all summer for my door and window needs and he's been beyond amazing! He's spent so much time answering my questions; he's personable and knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend working with him.

Although the manager I spoke to on the phone was very polite and seemed to be rectifying the situation, the result was far from what I expected.We purchased a 4-piece patio set and paid an additional $100 for it to be delivered to our home. We were told someone would call to give us the delivery day and time. After a week, no one had called.When I called them, I was told the paperwork had been misplaced and they would have to call me back. When no one called me,back, I called again and asked to speak to the manager. He eventually found the miss-filed order and assured me that it would be delivered on Thursday and they would call me with a delivery time. But no one called me. So I called again and was told it would be delivered between 4:00 and 6:00. About 5:30 they called and said they couldn’t find my house. They had the written down the wrong house number.I was waiting outside my house watching for a truck with two delivery guys to bring in my furniture. What eventually showed up was one man in an SUV. I said “This must be the wrong order.” He said no, this is what they gave him. He unloaded a large box on my driveway. The box said 4-piece patio set.At that point I realized that it came disassembled. No one in the store told us that it would come disassembled. I am a very small old lady, so I asked if he could take it up the stairs and into the backyard for me. He said no, he was told to just drop it off. He did take it out of the box (which was falling apart at both ends), but when I asked if he could at least take away the big box, again he said no.This is in NO way $100 worth of delivery service!And to make matters even worse - it was only 2 of the 4 pieces of furniture.So then I had to call them back again the next day to get the rest of what we paid for. (And find someone to put it together for us.)But I will say that the response I got the following day was much better. The lady on the phone said she would take care of it right away and a few hours later I got a call from our salesman, Tom Iannaco, saying he was at our house with the missing furniture. (I was not home at the time.) He had delivered it himself, on his lunch break. He was kind enough to place the furniture safely inside the patio gate. I appreciate his thoughtfulness, so the second star in this review is for Tom.

Sent them All the info they requested for an estimated price but never heard from the estimator which I had to go there twice to finally get it however it was missing the key element of my request.

On 2 occasions I purchased cement shed products. Once I drove into the yard there were no employees to be found, with several other customers also waiting for help. Upon loading my own truck still no yard employees to be found.Dixieline stocks a good yard with a wide selection of building materials, but for decades they try cutting corners by under staffing. This is highly different than their advertising of great customer service. B********
