Glad that I trusted Elite Auto Collision. Already stressed enough having a relatively new and uncommon vehicle be rear ended. Julian did a great job explaining the process when dropping off. Picking up the car had no obvious signs that work was done. Car was way cleaner then when I dropped it off. 10/10 would recommend.

Elite auto is a business that holds high standards for quality and knows the importance of backing up the work with great customer service. While having vehicle repairs is an inconvenient process, they really make it as smooth as possible by providing timely updates and consistent communication. I made some requests when I dropped the truck off regarding replacement parts and they helped me facilitate everything with my insurance company and the parts provider. Aside from the excellent repair work they did really make me feel like they cared about my business. I can’t praise them enough, you will not regret picking elite auto as your repair shop! Businesses that still prioritize customer service are doing things the right way! Thank you guys, keep up the good work!
