I'm now a returning customer. Daniel is a really good Service Advisor. He's easy to talk to, he's fair, and he has a good thought process. I've now taken my wife's car for service and our motorhome for a 2nd time. Family Auto Care has a thorough process when checking your vehicles and their report on the vehicle(s) is awesome, and their mechanics seem to perform quality work. Danie and Family Auto Care has earned my business.
This was my first time going to Family Auto Service. I had an oil change / service on my motorhome. Daniel was great! The service was completed quickly. I will definitely be back. Thanks.

I'm sure the repairs were done correctly however I felt the cost was inflated . Had better quotes from other shops like Firestone and Tune Craft but was in a bind due to having some medical issues getting resolved and had appointments and Drs visit revolved around getting the brakes replaced in front only pads rotors and supposedly the calipers for $1500. Has others quote between $800 to $1100. Wish I could have waited and went elsewhere but thought I give them a chance. Sorry but I will never bring my vehicle there ever again and I can't recommend after first initial quote was $329 then $549 cause maybe needed new rotors then after inspection supposedly needed new calipers and then shot up $1450. I just put in new calipers new rotors year and half ago had brakes inspected in August was told had 70 percent pads and I guess in three months pads down to 0. Sales guy polite and tech nice but again sorry you are way overpriced and I am a senior on medi Cal and EBT of which we all know currently no benefits. This bill for replacement of brakes extremely painful and felt it was not working fair especially when competitors charge less made me feel like I got hosed. You won't be able to retain and keep getting return customers if you don't compete and offer better prices. Even the parts weren't OEM .

My VW Golf needed servicing plus a look at the door, which I couldn’t open from the outside. The part needed is hard to find but they found it and ordered it. I’m very happy with the fixes they suggested and will be taking my car here whenever I need it checked.

First time here and it was great, got my brakes done in less than 3 hours! It was a great experience with no pressure to get any additional things done. I read many reviews and I have to say this place is living up to its 5 stars. I want to say thank you to the main guy running the desk! You are awesome and made my experience great. This place is very reputable with Costco and that alone should speak for itself. Costco doesn’t just mess with anyone. These guys are legit. Don’t let any of the negative reviews tell you otherwise because I was expecting some shafting things but got pleasantly surprised by a great service I’ll be coming back to. Thanks family auto. I genuinely am impressed by you all.

I heard about them from a Costco employee, after getting a new set of tires there. I was told I could use my Costco Auto program discount so I called them and was able to get a tire alignment within the hour. Great service and reasonable price!

Joe was the best to work with. He’s an asset to this company. It started off with calling the location to check if I could come in during lunch rush-hour while I was on my lunch break at work. Joe was super friendly and inviting and was able to accommodate with last minute availability. In person, he was super quick at using his IT team when there was a slight delay in the computer system. I came in to get my breaks checked with the free inspection since they were screeching and turned out I needed to get tires and breaks replaced. He was able to explain the problem and recommended useful services like 5 year alignment warranty. Now I will be more mindful with driving around pot holes and come in for an alignment any time I feel there is a potential a major change.

I've been going to this location for years but I have to say today was my best experience. Joe the service writer was the nicest guy and really worked with me to get my car in shape for a reasonable price. I appreciate him so much and the team who did great work on my car. I will keep coming back for sure and I will definitely recommend them to my friends. Thank you!
