Went in for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Great service and friendliness, requested to be careful with oil stain on car interior and request was honored, was offered a discount and additional care package for maintenance recommendations which I took for extra $10, will come back to do recommend services.

I am always able to schedule a visit that is relatively soon, the staff are very polite and helpful, and they look to get me the best deal whenever possible. They are also in my neighborhood and remember who I am when I have work done, which is an added bonus.

Ordered tires and setup an appt. They then let my tires go to a different location the day before the appt but after some discussion made it right and brought them back. Also a scratch to one rim and didn’t clean all the grease off tires from whatever they use. But solid customer service overall to rectify their error of giving away my ordered tires.

I have used this shop for close to 20 years - they're TERRIFIC. I was assisted today by Ken and Erik - both very courteous and knowledgeable. My 2011 rides beautifully - it must be due in part to the expert maintenance. Highly recommend.

Every time I come here I say I'll never come back. The only reason I do is because of the incredible credit available through Credit First National Association.
They completed the work, however, their customer service was horrible!
I made an appointment at 12:00pm.
On the phone they told me the job would take 1 hour.
I arrived at 11:45am.
Then they told me the inspection would take 1 hour and the job would take another (2 hours).
They told me they'd call me when the inspection was finished (it's only supposed to take an hour).
An hour and a half later, at 1:20pm I called them. They said they still hadn't completed the inspection. They promised to call me back in 5 minutes.
When they finally called me back (20 minutes later), they informed me that the job that was scheduled to be completed by 1pm would now actually take 2-3 hours and not be completed until well after 4pm. ?
HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?
WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
WHY CAN'T THEY JUST TELL THE TRUTH?
Hey Firestone, please learn how to undersell and overproduce, not the opposite!
In addition, throughout the whole process, the way they communicated with me made me feel like I was burdening them.
Excuse me for wanting to give you my money. ?

Great staff - good communication - timely service
I have been servicing my cars here for 25 years. They are honest and willing to accept responsibility when a mistake is made ( and every shop makes some mistakes - as long as they don't make many)
