Had a bad morning when my Father's O2 concentration device went seriously on the fritz! I called Heather at AAA and she managed to get a unit delivered in under 2 hours. Delivery was smooth and the delivery fellow was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I needed some compassion and comfort today. I am so very grateful.

Their website lists weekly rental rates but they dont actually offer weekly rentals. The person I spoke to on the phone used the excuse "nobody wants to work these days" as a reason for this bait and switch.

We rented a wheelchair for our granny and the service was brilliant! The same day delivery, good assistance, and everything is really safe! They came in gloves and masks. I highly recommend Horizon Medical Supply!
