Absolutely terrible. So far I have been waiting over 1.5 hours. No one called to let me know my attendant was behind … every 30 ish minutes they tell me “10 more minutes”. The whole staff is unorganized and not proficient.

First time user and last time user. Extremely disappointing with the staff at this office. The agent we had was super nice but lacked knowledge, kept asking for help and struggled finding solutions on the software. Not exactly the best feeling to have when someone is dealing with financial information that could make or break you financially from our lovely government. So, we couldn’t finish on time and we rescheduled to his “open availability”. We showed back up and he’s busy with a client…..hello!!! We asked the receptionist to call when done, since we waited 45 mins last time, and never got a call back or even a follow up from Lauy to see what happened . The lack of customer service is in need of help. I guess we expected better service coming from a large firm that specializes in doing tax stuff year round.
