Really very impressed, they were completely honest about what was needed and what wasn't... Really a breath of fresh air... honesty goes a looong way with the costs of things now a days, and I'm very appreciate of that!
July Sat 6th 2024 at 12:00 I noticed literally immediately after leaving and parking my car a puddle of oil under my car. They "fixed it". I just wanted to go ahead and document this in case there are more issues.

I think sometimes people have bad experiences places because they don't take the time out to talk to the people providing a service...
For me I like to talk to the people providing service on the thing that I need done and David at the Jiffy Lube in La Mesa was a pleasure to talk to... He got me straight and my car has never run better, His team and his service were on point...
Wen At the Jiffy Lube on El Cajon boulevard is also one of the nicest service workers as well every time I go we get into great conversations about family and the vehicle... Sometimes service is more than just pulling your car in and asking hey can you fix this... Take time to get to know the people that are working on your car and they'll take care of you...

Went there for a check up for my job. They said I needed new brake pads and there was a problem with the brakes. They offered to fix it but it would cost me. I went to Tijuana and found out my suspension on the left tire was loose and on the right one the suspension was damaged. My mechanic in TJ could not believe they didn't tell me about that, and to top it off my brake pads were almost new. Didn't need new ones. Don't think I will return.
