Everyone who gave a 1 star is trippin. Only clean cars and the best customer service ive ever had at a dealership. The owner ernie is extremely helpful and doesnt mind taking a hit when it comes to his own time. He will do whatever it takes to get you approved

I am not one to write reviews unless I am blown away by the customer service. This is a review I had to write, because the service I received at La Mesa Auto Group was so amazing. I 100 percent, highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a car! Ernie sold my car to me a few days ago, and he went above and beyond to get the right car and financing for me. I definitely had some challenges with my credit, but Ernie worked hard to make sure I was able to drive away with a great car and a reasonable payment plan. I have purchased a few cars in the past from other dealerships, and no one even compares to La Mesa Auto Groups ,customer service, integrity, and compassion. Thank you Ernie and La Mesa Auto group. I love my new car!

This guy ernie is such a hard worker. He went out of his way to check out quotes to help me out with financing. Hes super nice and always returned my calls. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in a tough situation!

I called today simply to ask if they had a certain car and if there was wiggle room on their pricing. Instead of answering my questions the guy that answered went right into telling me if I looked at it I would see they have good pricing. All I wanted was an answer to my question. It's ok if they do or don't, but I just didn't need all the extra. They are not the only car place in town and yes, I have found better pricing than what they are offering. He hung up on me because I told him I just needed my questions answered. Too bad for them. I was seriously ready to drive over and buy a car. I would not recommend this place at all. When you buy a vehicle it's not just about the car, but also about the customer service.

Buying a car is always a big chore. Cost, payments are always the big question. I will say that I was totally impressed with the transparency of La Mesa Auto Group. Ernie answered all our questions up front and made the buying process comfortable. He was also able to finance vehicle at a GREAT Rate and we feel we got a GREAT deal as well. Well worth making a trip to LMAG.
