Nice little strip mall with a variety of businesses including fast Chinese food, Dollar Tree, Wendy's, a Mexican place, a barbecue place, I think there's a haircut or Barber place, a laundromat, an IHOP and a liquor store.

I'm starting to like Burly more than I used to. I find they have decent random deals.
