I visited Macy's in La Mesa on June 20, 2024, at 8:30 p.m., just before closing, in search of one of my favorite cologne. I was fortunate to encounter Christina, a remarkable sales associate in the men's cologne department. Despite the late hour, Christina warmly welcomed me and listened attentively to my preferences and needs.
As I browsed through the selection, Christina patiently answered my questions and provided helpful recommendations based on my taste and style. Her genuine interest in helping me find the perfect fragrance was evident in her attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond.
After careful consideration, I decided on one of my favorite brands, which I had previously struggled to find elsewhere. Christina enthusiastically assisted me in selecting the perfect size and packaging. Throughout the process, she remained professional, friendly, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
My choice was a bit expensive, costing over $150 for a little over 6oz but You can't find that brand any cheaper anywhere else! So I was thrilled to purchase it!
Christina's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made my shopping experience at Macy's truly awesome!. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care left a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend Christina to anyone seeking a personalized and exceptional fragrance shopping experience at Macy's.

They have a ton of loss prevention walking around and very obvious. Problem is they have like next to no actual cashiers working so the wait to check out is absurdly long and really annoying. ?
Hire more people to take payments and maybe you won't need so many loss prevention staff. Just saying. Returns were easy enough though if you just wait in the longest line ever.

I received good customer service which was 5 stars. But 2 stars for the company not having Chanel makeup only perfume and cologne. So I had to drive to Fashion Valley to get it.

Store very sad , escalators broken 2 took old elevator smell of electric motor burn. What a tired place I asked if you are closing. The high point was the best Macy's Employee ever! He helped me above and beyond we order it for online and fast delivery 22 bucks. I was their before noon on 30th of April. I'm going to a dress up affair tonight , Without this amazing Employee my driving from 4s Ranch to Grossmont would have be a waste of time. This salesman is Macy's Treat him well. Thank You

I stopped in today at the La Mesa "Macy's which has a Mac Studio in there and Angelina assisted me in picking out the perfect lipstick and eyeshadow , mascara ect . Her expertise and Professionalism was refreshing., she definitely is top notch in her field of artistry & represents Mac Cosmetics with style ?

Had a lovely visit to the cosmetic section tonight. Went to get color matched for a Lancôme foundation and Kirk, who is usually at the MAC counter, came over quickly to help. They were so sweet and helpful, gave us a great color match and additional recommendations, and made our visit very pleasant. Next time I come back, I'll be looking for Kirk to help me out with their stellar customer service!
