Amazing service!!!! EVERYONE is so nice and incredible! I come every two weeks and my nails are always perfect! The pedicures are amazing and extremely relaxing and my nails are always the perfect shape and last!!! Highly recommend! Tina, Michelle, Cynthia, Daniel and ALL the nail technicians are amazing!!!

Disappointed. I've been to this place most of my adult life. I usually get pedicures, they don't come out too bad, but my nails were unacceptable. I could have done this level of work at home. I will be going elsewhere from now on. It was sloppy and uneven. There was no cuticle work, I still have gel on my skin, and the nails were so unevenly painted.

Tried to give this place a chance because I was getting eyebrow threading next door. The guy was really nice when I walked in and I was sat right away. I asked for a colored French manicure with a heart design and a regular pedicure. They agreed they were able to do the design and I started to choose my colors. They had a decent color selection and the gel colors had matching regular colors which made it easy. Unfortunately it took a turn for the worse when the manicurist started shaping and applying the French manicure. I first mentioned how I wanted the shape to be more rounder or almond and she was like it can only happen if you get fake nails. I should've known from that point it wasnt going to workout but I kept giving them the benefit that they can do a simple French. After she shaped them a little better she continued on with the French tip. All the French lines were so crooked and uneven!!!! And I was trying to show her a picture again so that she knew what to do but she would be very short with me and tried to do everything so fast and was like let me do this part first and then you can show me the picture but I wanted to make sure it was done right. After 3 attempts "of fixing it", I gave up hope. They were like if you don't like this French I can paint your nail one color, but that's not what I came in for so I told her to just take it off They charged for a regular mani and regular pedi (the pedi was fine although he did cut me) Def won't come back. I suggest only coming here for simple mani pedi with no designs but watch out for cuts and rude attitude. ( mainly the manicurist I didn't get her name. She was very short with me and kept rushing me ... IT WAS SLOW BTW... not all workers had clients so I didn't understand the rushing) Never again.

Needed a gel manicure for a beach vacation. Cynthia is amazing—super fast and awesome at her art. Best manicure I’ve had in awhile. Looking forward to coming back. Totally recommend!

Requested Daniel, and was told he'll be available in 30 minutes. Came back after 30 minutes and he wasn't available. Had to wait and when he showed up didn't greet me. Asked him for the powder service he refused. Said next time you make an appointment. The salon had only 3 customers. Just lost a customer. No wonder they have no business. Also he didn't get a tip because he needs to learn customer service. The powder service for one nail is an extra 5 dollars that they lost. Good luck DanielService: Pedicure

This place is very bad now.Poor management skills.I set up couple appointments and they doubled appointments Someone who is paying cash only.And it is happened to me 4 times already.I will report their business to BBB as well .They do not know how to run a business.They want customers to tip only cash as well.And only couple people they know how to do nails anyway,others the need have additional training and they do not do good job.Services: Pedicure

I was in dire need of a mani/pedi, having been through many travels, workouts, and hikes since my last. I called my regular spot, and they were booked for the next couple days. I was stressed due to upcoming weekend events and in need of presentable nails. I decided to check out a small nail salon near my office. It was not my best decision. When I arrived, a woman greeted me in a friendly way, asking if I could wait. It was a salon that is in high need of a makeover. It looks dated and a bit sloppy. The woman then brought me gel colors to choose from when I asked. There were about three women in front of me, but they were helped quickly so my wait was only 10-15 minutes. I was first seated at a pedicure station, which was comfortable enough. The woman doing the pedi was really pretty rough on her removal of the existing polish and filing of the nails. After that, she cut the skin on my toe by cutting the nail too short. There was no apology, just an attempt to soak up the blood. After that, she then pretended to do the foot and leg massage. I liked my gel mani a lot better than the pedi. A different woman did that. She was more personable and spoke to me a bit. She found me a new color when I wasn't totally happy with the first. At the end of it all, my pedicure came out very flawed and my gel mani was a bit lumpy and uneven. I do like how they do the mani and pedi at the same time to save time, but my service was very subpar. I thought that it may be a lot cheaper than other salons, but it was only slightly cheaper than my usual. Here, a regular pedi and gel mani was $52. It seems like a pretty popular place, but I will not be returning.
