I’ve being coming to Pret-a-Porter Salon & Spa for almost a year. Roz does a wonderful job cutting my hair. She always asks how my hair worked from the previous visit and makes any changes (I have very few) cheerfully. The salon is clean and the staff is welcoming and professional. Give them a try. You’ll come back again.

They ruined my mom's hair the day before my wedding. I wanted to give my mom who has alopecia a treat to feel special on my big day and it turned out to be my biggest regret. I feel so humiliated.

I had a fantastic experience with Kendra! She was knowledgeable about my hair texture. We highlighted, dyed, conditioned & styled my hair. I love the new look and will return. They offer many other services such as facials - massages that I will explore soon.

I’m shocked the ratings are this good! My stylist was rude to me from the beginning, acting annoyed about my purse, telling me she hates ai generated photography when I show her a photo of what I want, chided me during the haircut, BURNED my scalp with the blow dryer. 3 stars for the cut itself, but I’d never come back.

I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The salon had such a warm, relaxing vibe, and I immediately felt at ease.
I asked for a layered cut and my stylist really listened to my preferences. The cut is exactly what I wanted—fresh, flattering, and so easy to manage. I also had my hair colored, and my stylist recommended a beige balayage. it adds so much dimension to my hair. I love how it brightens up my complexion!

I had the pleasure of visiting Roz, (a new hairdresser for me) at Pret A Porter Salon and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience! During my consultation last week, she took the time to listen to my wants and needs for my hair, spending a full 30+ minutes making sure she understood exactly what I was looking for. I felt so comfortable and at ease with her, which is rare when meeting with a new stylist.
When I returned for my appointment the following week, Roz absolutely nailed the cut, color, and highlights. She truly has an eye for what works and gave me a beautiful, fresh look that I’m absolutely loving! The salon itself is lovely, with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
One thing that really stood out to me was how kind and attentive Roz is—not only is she a talented hairdresser, but she is genuinely a kind human being. Plus, I love that the salon uses Aveda products, which are cruelty-free and eco-friendly, adding an extra layer of satisfaction to the experience.
Overall, I’m beyond happy with my visit and would highly recommend Roz to anyone looking for a professional and thoughtful stylist who truly cares about their clients.

I received a massage with Bianca as a gift. What a treat. She is a brilliant masseuse. I left my appointment feeling relaxed, lighter, and with a whole lot less stress. If you are looking for a talented and experienced masseuse, I highly recommend Bianca.

Roz did a fabulous job! Both of my kids had their curly hair cut. She listened to their requests and nailed it on the head! My daughter left with the biggest smile, loving her new layers and styling. We’ll definitely be back!
