I'm not sure why this shop has such high reviews, maybe I was just an unlucky customer, but I doubt it! I bought my wedding dress a few months ago here and overall, I found the experience to be pretty awful. Buying your wedding dress is something you plan on only doing once in your life, and you would hope for it to be a lovely experience. If you say "yes to the dress" here don't expect anything nice like a glass of prosecco or anything like they do in other shops. Instead, I was brought to the register and asked by the staff to "fill out a survey on the screen" which was just a tipping option.I went back a couple of months later to fit it on with my sister who was visiting from another country and hadn't seen it , and there was another bride to be fitting on dresses so I wasn't helped, and awkwardly stood in the corner trying to fix my dress myself with my sister who was totally confused as to why no one was helping, and why we were passively shoved in a corner. The whole experience was so deflating, I cried after I left the shop. I went back to try on different dresses- because I wasn't sure if I hated my dress or just hated how I felt at the time due to the way I was treated. I told one of the staff this when I went back to try on new dresses and she was very dismissive, and said "That's what happens when you try on the dress too much". I had only tried on the dress one time and that was when I bought it. There was no option of a refund so I ultimately went with the dress.When I collected the dress it was brought out to me bundled in a plastic see-through bag like you would get at the dry cleaners, and I was charged $27 extra for a carrier bag that doesn't even have a hook so it drags on the floor. Surely, after paying over two thousand for a dress a garment bag would be included?I had called in January to see if I should collect the dress, and was advised to leave it until February, which I did. I am now struggling to find anyone decent to do alterations, with most seamstresses telling me they can’t do it because I left it too late. I have found someone, but they are charging me a $100 rush fee on top of the cost of the alterations.Overall, this experience was a complete let down and I would not recommend this business or service to any future brides, find another shop that stocks the dress you are looking at. I wish I did.The extras like a little glass of prosecco would be cute, but not a necessity. However, it is the overall poor customer service that has made this whole experience feel like a stressor. Buying your wedding dress is such a special occasion and it is the assistant's job to make sure every bride has an amazing experience as best they can. I don't believe you will get that here. Look elsewhere.

I cannot stress enough how much I recommend going to this place if you need any kind of formal dress especially a wedding dress. I was so nervous to go wedding dress shopping because I am a very pus size bride but my consultant Gaby made my appointment the best day I have ever had. She made me feel so happy and beautiful and was so fun and warm and welcoming that I never once thought about my weight and truly felt like a princess. Gaby helped me not only feel special but pick out my dream gown girl and jewelry and set me up with a alterations person. when I went back to get the dress and make sure it fit she and everyone there was so excited to see me in it. I cannot stress enough if you need dresses go to prevue and see Gaby they are the best and she is the best and absolute real life fairy god mother!

My experience was wonderful. I was very nervous about trying on wedding dresses and I wanted this experience to be meaningful to me. Therefore, I went alone without my friends so I was not distracted or felt rushed in anyway. Gabby was the one who helped me and made me feel comfortable and special through this important process. I felt stress free and happy to have had such a wonderful person like Gabby to help me. Thank you Prevue for all that you do to make this process so easy.

Sold us a dress that wouldn’t zip up and was ripping at the seams. We bought a dress for an event later that day, the sales associate helped her try it on and take it off so we didn’t notice any issues. By the time we got home and attempted to put on the dress, there was huge hole at the zipper because all the seams were ripped and the zipper was unable to zip up. When I called them back all they could say is we can refer you to a seamstress for an event that already passed. $500 on a dress she couldn’t wear.

Spent $550 on a beautiful black gown with off-the-shoulder straps for a wedding i was attending. Within 5 minutes of putting on the gown a few of the strap buttons ripped off. Turns out they were carelessly sewn on with a single thread and single stitch. By the end of the night 9/12 of the buttons had fell apart and I had multiple people hand-sewing me into the dress.When I called and asked why this would happen or to tailor them I got referred outside and was won't I wouldn't be compensated for any of those fees or reimbursed for the damages. "Dresses are final sale".Beautiful designs, but questionable construction and quality.

I was so excited to try on dresses and find the perfect one. This was my second stop of the day. My experience at the first place was amazing. Coming to Prevue brought my excitement down to zero. The person who "helped" me didn't ask my size (I ended up telling her) had put a gown in the room that I couldn't get over my hips (an experience that I was dreading being plus sized) and didn't offer to help me get into the gowns. I showed her examples of the dresses that I liked and the options she brought in did not match. I went from the high of the morning to a low, just wanting to leave. I left after trying on 3 dresses and went back to the first location of the day, where I said yes to my dress. I was highly disappointed in my experience at Prevue and do not recommend this store.

Brides,We are all stressed and spending more than we ever wanted to here, save yourself and do not schedule an appointment here! My bridesmaid was helping me out and booked for me here, unfortunately the day before, I found out I had covid. I cancelled online as soon as I could, called and confirmed when the store opened and told everything was fine. Rescheduled for the following weekend and then found out we were charged. I called to try to get the charge reversed, as I did the respectful thing by not getting everyone sick. Told they "cannot" but happy to apply it to a dress. I cancelled my rescheduled appointment as this doesn't make any sense. Don't give a company like this your business, as we all know, life happens!!
